there could be 75,000 people by Jan 2025, who will account towards PR - FHS targets for 2025, which means that March onwards - ITAs being issued will contribute to 2026 targets and hence we should be looking at those numbers. Yes there are also the category numbers and 2024 did not have a separate in-Canada focus, but that would deviate the ITA expectations only by 15-20K at most and hence with that in mind - we can work with 2025 targets for ITAs issued until March 2024 at most.
So, this means Canada could have the same PR application processing timings as Australia. In Australia, if you get a PR invite in Q1 2025 and you submit your application in Q1 2025 itself (60 days submission time), you get your PR confirmation in Q3/Q4 2026 (maybe even Q1 2027). So, that average processing times of 6 months maybe a thing of the past for Canadian PR.
thanks for telling the truth. Truth is all that the candidates need to know. No-one can be successful without knowing the truth. Truth is bitter, but we all have to embrace it in order to be successful
because they don't know how many people will decline or get rejected or how many family members they may have in the application. Remember number of ITAs is not the same as number of immigration targets
IRCC is giving to much emphasis on foreign experience, because of this people who don't have foreign experience but have Canadian Masters+Experience, still these people revolve around 490 to 500. CRS score need reforms and instead of giving 20-30 point form foreign experience, it should be 5-10, and instead with increase from 1yr Canadian Experience to 2 yr Canadian experience should be high.
This is one the things that needs to be highlighted. CRS score criteria needs to be revamped...Suppose you are 29 years and has score on 542 and tommorow is your bday and your score got down by 5 points and after that the next draw will be on 542..!!! You miss your chance by a day!!. There should be points based on the age bracket..Also points can be given on the teer category , the type of salary etc...which I believe is more rational
Why did you mention 82,980 at 17:58? That figure is specific to In-Canada focus only. If we combine it with federal economic priorities, the total is 124,680.
true, but since we know economic priorities is limited only to Francophone, Trade and Healthcare, it will not help the CECs, And this in-canada / priorities focus sub category has only started from 2025 onwards.
Sitting at 498, could potentially get myself up to 501 by getting a CLB 10. March 2025 is when I complete my 2 years of Canadian work experience, which should bring me to 523 or thereabouts, and I am STILL anxious. This is unreal; even a year ago, a 500+ score was considered a surety, but now we're left scrambling. All thanks to my fellow desis who've managed to game the system. Kudos to you guys.
Whoever gets the chance to game the system they will. You have the opportunity to study up to Masters with a good Command in English Command others don't have that opportunity so they found a way to do it. It is as simple as that.
I agree with you 100%. Being in Canada for 6 years now and having an LMIA without doing any fraud and being at 523 score, i’m still not sure what’s gonna happen…. Everyone is pouncing on people who have LMIA’s. Agreed that people have abused the system and got their way out but what about the people who actually worked hard for it. Hi Mr Kubeir, Kindly share more light on the federal Business Category on the document shared. From which category are they being drawn from the pool. FSW OR CEC?
Hello Sir, I have question related to BC PNP Skilled workers stream. I have 1 year experience in India, and 1 yr and 8 months in Canada ( presently working). Both are in different NOC codes but Teer are the same is 2. CLB 8. Would I be eligible for this stream ?
Hi Kubeir! Thanks for the detailed video. Currently at 493 with 2 years of Canadian WE. Can potentially increase it to 499 at max. Work Permit expiring in August 2025. What are my chances of securing an ITA before that?
Hi Kubair, As per your estimate roughly 75000 ITAs have been issued by End of 2024 based on the document. As per Immigration levels 2025-2027 Federal Economics Priorities ( Category based draws which would include Federal Skilled as well as ) plus In-Canada focus which would come to 124680. Please correct me if I am wrong, 75000 slots that you estimate have been filled out of 124680 and not 82980 since In- Canada focus has a separate quota for 2025 which would not include Federal Skilled since most of them received their ITAs based on the Federal Skilled Priority.

Sir, how will it impact once lmias point were removed, financial post reported around 71300 lmias were approved in 1st quarter of 2024 that's huge number per quarter.
Compared With the number of International Students that landed in 2022,2023,2024, don’t you think Oinp quota for 2025 is too low as compared with the number of streams?
Thanks for analysis, but doesn’t make sense to rely on old documents knowing that new plan is out. Also is IRCC really doing what they are committing to do!
During fulltime Co-op term can I work for fulltime for another company for a temporary period of initial training of 8 weeks? Then it will be part time.
Thanks Kubeir for your insightful explanation. As my understanding, draws for french language proficiency will be increased in 2025 ? Secondly, what is the minimum score should i have to be eligible in those draws ?
Hello sir, thanks for the video! Also, my pgwp is expiring and currently in quebec planning to move any apply for a closed work permit under francophone mobility program. My question is can i work here with my old employer until my closed work permit is approved with the new employer or i can’t work here?
So, basically. What does it mean for people with 502-507 CRS?? Do you think we’ll get invited in 2025? Because from the looks of it, it seems that we’re SOL. Also, for priority occupations in many countries esp. European nations, you need licensing for healthcare related occupations. Not sure about trades, but I would also believe the same.
CEC and FSW 495 in healthcare category and 513 in my wife profile, there any chance in the next Healthcare draw ? I’m also a Health Care Aide, there is also a possibility in the Caregives. I’m just giving up in the CEC draws. WP expiring at the end of 2026.
I am waiting with 518. I am residing in Alberta and my PGWP will expire in Oct 3rd, 2025. Do you know if I have any chances to get ITA before that? I am feeling very anxious and don’t want to loose my permanent government job
Hello Kubeir, My PGWP expired on September 11, 2024. I have applied for work permit extension based on my spouse pgwp on 7th August, 2024. Also, we have applied for non express PR file on 13th September, 2024. For medical emergency I had to travel outside the canada on my applied status so I lost my applied status but I came back on a TRV. I am dependent applicant into the non EE file. I have also raised a web form to submit work permit extension letter of my spouse which he has received when he got nominated by province. My spouse’s pgwp will be expiring in July 2025. Do I get work permit base on the letter I provided via web form? Or first we need to apply for closed work permit for my spouse and then I need to reapply to get 2 year open work permit based on his closed work permit while awaiting decision on our non EE application?
Hello kubeir, First of all , Great explanation as always. Currently sitting at 512 CEC. Work permit expiring on 21 march. Can I sit to your slogan confidently “ FOREVER HOPEFUL “ ?
Sir, right now my score is 494 it will go 505 in February my wp is exp in april 2025, writing ielts again and again but getting demotivated every time i see high score but never give up as i build my entire career in canada, is there any hope for 505
You’re absolutely right sir, the lag between July 2024 - February 2025 will almost fill 50,000 + permanent resident targets for in-canada 2025 pr targets only new 32000 will be given ITAs in 2025 already 23000 are in 500-600 crs range
Hello sir, I’m pretty sure most of the people will have this question. Will removing 50 points decrease the number of candidates in between 500-600? If yes, what are your expectations on numbers?
No one knows the exact number, I feeljob offer 50 points are more in the range of 460-500 and in the 510-525 range. it could be around 30-35% of the pool in 500+ range. But its speculation, as I said no one knows
@AskKubeir can you please apply for the ATIP notes to get to know that how many people in the pool are with LMIAs? We are really worried if the score doesn’t go down
Sir if you can advice on this my sister studying one year pgd and will get pgwp after study. She does have masters from india and one year healthacare experience we are quite sure she will get good points for language and one year of work experience on work permit as well and 15 points sibling pr or citizenship. Is it worth taking one more year of study by spending 18-20k dollars for 3 years work permit to be on safe side or do you think we would be getting ITA during one year permit. Please advice if you can
I have completed 1 year diploma in alberta and i got one year work permit I have done my WES and got celpip score and i have 6 years of work experience in India Can i able to apply alberta express entry stream with 6 months of tech experience?
Even they don't have LIMA points. They will still have 490 points. Which is good. So no worries. The IRCC is keeping out the scrap LMIA holders out of reach. No large draws till March would be better in order to get rid of LMIA holders. UNDERSTAND Math: LMIA holder with points breakdown as 450+50 should loose 50 points. It doesn't make much difference if a guy with 490+ having LMIA 50 making 540+.
@worldwidebroadcasting5787 470's is faar too low. The cutoff should be near 500 but without LMIA points. Canada don't need scrap who doesn't have at least a bachelor's degree. People who roam on streets of Punjab without understanding the responsibilities and skipping studies during their younger age, addicted to Ganja and drugs. After certain age they start buying IELTS bands/LMIA/CONTRACT MARRIAGES and land in Canada doing same here and being irresponsible. I strongly wish that the IRCC should take face to face interviews with each and every visa applicant and PR applicant. Then only the deserved will get the fair opportunity.
@@worldwidebroadcasting5787i would love it straight deduction of that IRCC biased system policy which ruined the genuine CEC candidates without purchased LMIA over purchased LMIA candidates

I wish to stay positive for all 500+ scores

Hello Sir
What could be the score before Feb 18 2025 with LMIA??
CEC and FSW 495 in healthcare category and 513 in my wife profile, there any chance in the next Healthcare draw ? I’m also a Health Care Aide, there is also a possibility in the Caregives. I’m just giving up in the CEC draws. WP expiring at the end of 2026.
healthcare draw is promising

Are there chances of Trade category draw in January or February 2025?
Great video sir.
Any chance of OINP healthcare draw with score 462 (have 6 months foreign experience in last 5 years)?
My CRS in 526. Pgwp is going to expire in July. Getting little bit nervous now.
I wish you all the best. Its positive
514 crs, wp expiring october 2025.
What are the chances looks like?
Positive

Hello kubeir,
First of all , Great explanation as always. Currently sitting at 512 CEC. Work permit expiring on 21 march. Can I sit to your slogan confidently “ FOREVER HOPEFUL “ ?
It all depends on IRCC as to how many draws and how many ITAs

If the Tie breaking rule is same maybe it will be reduced by 4-5 points
It will all depend on the number ITAs issued.
Any chance of region based express entry?
doubtful as of now
General draw any expectations
Looks difficult as of now
You’re absolutely right sir, the lag between July 2024 - February 2025 will almost fill 50,000 + permanent resident targets for in-canada 2025 pr targets only new 32000 will be given ITAs in 2025 already 23000 are in 500-600 crs range

@@worldwidebroadcasting5787 It will never happen, brother. CRS will always remain above 500.
Can you please make a detailed video about BC PNP regarding recent changes
not much details have been announced yet.
How about ONIP?
Can we expect a draw with lower score with onip?
Oinp draw will maybe go a little higher coz of the less number of quota. It’s only nearly 11k compared to 21.5 k in 2024
Crs score of 522 by June end. Any chance of getting ITA by July?

Hello sir,
I’m pretty sure most of the people will have this question.

Please advice if you can
I have completed 1 year diploma in alberta and i got one year work permit
I have done my WES and got celpip score and i have 6 years of work experience in India
Can i able to apply alberta express entry stream with 6 months of tech experience?

Indian MBBS is not valid in Canada. You need to give few exams for that.
