Saving Money on Groceries: Looking for Cheaper, Budget-Friendly Grocers

Because we took early retirement, we need to stretch our dollar by saving money on groceries. We're searching for the cheapest grocery stores to buy weekly groceries. We start in Vancouver, looking at No Frills and Urban Fare, then travel to different areas in Ontario to visit Walmart, No Frills, Giant Tiger, FreshCo, and The Independent which carries No Name and President's choice products. We were shocked by the price differences for the exact same products in different grocers in the same area!
