I just sipped this and completely agree with you. Beautiful oak, honey, and vanilla notes and incredible complexity. As my dram sat, the fruit basket became more tropical. It has a super long finish and great viscosity. I’m definitely appreciating it more now than when I first opened the bottle a year ago. cheers
Cadenhead is usually good to me. From what I know, Cadenhead bottles at either 46% or cask strength and I haven''t seen anything different with the bottles I own. I would never pay high dollars for any Glenmorangie or Dalmore. It's a distillery that just doesn't really deliver for me for the price. Great review
Never tried the signet. It’s probably been 15 years since I had Glenmorangie. Perhaps perfumed wasn’t the correct adjective. I should have said too floral. For me it wasn’t a taste I could appreciate. I do respect your reviews. Your palate is vastly more discriminant than mine.
@@jazzman642 oh no, I got it and I think I know what you're talking about. Just wanted to clarify if you got it with their signet, it's a different malt profile.

The first gays made me laugh....now I'm wondering if you're not making a typo lol. We'll have to see if that shows up locally. Always enjoy a 10 CS.
I just made a comment about this bottle yesterday on your last cadenhead video

Glenmorangie had it's place early in my whisky journey, but I completely agree with Dalmore. Signet is a solid offering.
Fantastic review!! So not the 1985 Bears but more like the 1963 Bears?! CHEERS!!
The Bear's are such a consistent product. The JW red of the NFL.

I have not tried one that I liked from Glen M. Too perfumed for me
Even signet? This is much more in that world, I doubt it's the same malt but the added age really added that darker flavor profile.
