that noodle merge is actually bery common in the visayas, particularly cebu. theres an actual dish and its called Pansit bam-i, or just Bam-i. and its very popular and always in birthdays
That’s Bam-i style, one of my favourite Cebuano dish. I’ve made black risotto using cuttlefish, really good. My mom’s 75th birthday is coming up and she loves squid, this would a good idea for one of her birthday dishes.
