I visited the Mincarlo on Thursday. It was interesting seeing the galley sleeping quarters engine room and bridge. I was interested in the Trawler band MF/HF radio which had frequency channels from 1.6 to 4MHz AM and SSB. I remember hearing marine telephony many times on 80 and 160 metres. As a radio amateur I would avoid these channels
