you mentioned that the power cable goes to the left side of the tv you facing the tv, but you put the outlet on the right side?..can you show you wire routing
Great install. Two thoughts: -I have a pretty decent UPC with battery backup so I sacrificed the clean install with no power cable showing to plug the 77C1 into the UPC so it will not get fried and hard switch off during a thunderstorm. -I helped a friend wall mount a 100U8K. The size and brightness advantage over OLED is spectacular. Are the blacks as good as the OLED? No but it has 95% of the picture quality for 30% of the price of the 83G4. As great as the G4 is, it is not worth $6500 so my next display will be a TCL or Hisense extra large mini LED for much less cost than OLED.

I would just point out, in Australia, unless you are a licenced electrician, running your own electrical cables and sockets is not only risky but illegal and if your house burns down due to an electrical fault and leads back to your handy work, then your insurance would not cover your claim.
I have a question to ask I want to buy the LG G4 but what do you think about Bravia 9 85 inches I’m kind of stuck to which one to pick. Can I get some advice from you?
I did, but it’s doesn’t tilt. I just used this one for now. I’ll be using another one for all the other TVs I’ll be reviewing (and this one eventually)

I'm surprised that you didn't buy a different Heavy Duty tilting wall mount, instead of using the LG Mount. I will, when I get a 83 inch LG MLA OLED.

Your 83 stuffing from pink tint on the right or left edge like mine and offers are reporting? Easily noticeable in an all white screen.
