These mass produced cases are for specific type equipment (audio perhaps) that goes with them. That having said, you don’t expect longevity and durability for the built, it’s just to protect the equipment for short period of transport.
why dont produce just good cases? i often ask myself there is no need for this senseless stuff…it is so durable, it is damaged when arriving at the costumer. 100euro more and you have a good product which can surely made in the same factory…just usw good stuff

You need a real flightcase with real accessories to store these Chinese cardboard "cases" made of paper and shiny foil. They often don't even survive delivery from the factory to the customer.
@@jakebottero4740 Did you perchance know the paper is also made of WOOD? It's not about what is made of. It's about what you trying to make and how you do it.
@vjdpred so what exactly makes the cases in this video low quality? i watched the whole thing and didn't notice any shortcuts that seem anywhere as egregious as you suggest- just seems like normal construction, definitely not 'paper and shiny foil'
I have seen many Chinese cases and they are never very good. Inferior materials. Nasty foam. Won’t last long. Maybe OK for cheap gear that has a short life, never for anything that needs to stand up to the rigors of daily use

I made better cases for my business despite almost 80% of materials coming from china. My weakest link was using formica to cover the wood. Not durable at all
Poor. 1. Why do people work on the floor? Are you greedy to make a normal table for assembly, which would increase the efficiency of workers? 2. No glue, no screws or self-tapping screws. Just a wretched pistol with micronails and rivets made of crappy aluminum. 3. Rivets in wood, without installing a strong washer on the back side. Push a little harder and it will fall apart. 4. The wheels are bolted onto a piece of shit-looking piece of wood that's just... nailed to the bottom? That is, the body is so fragile that such reinforcement is needed??? A whole factory producing crap on an industrial scale.
C'est la deuxième fois que je regarde avec un immense plaisir 😊
The hinges arent backed up so the rivets only go into soft ply wood, no glue at all and i wouldnt touch these with a ten foot pole.

Did you perchance notice the main structural material is WOOD?

OMG.... 9:21 - 18 inch SUB made of 12mm plywood 🤣🤣🤣
No glue at all..???. Stationary cases. Not suitable for moving anything in them.

You may not find the right case factory. Actually, ODY and PROX brands OEM their cases from China case factories.
