My first video I will watch)
Thanks Mick 👍
So the 4 new solar panels are you running them only through the Itec 40 amp charger and did you leave your originals running to the HA35? If that’s how you have done it you may find the HA35 solar charging won’t work 100% without a BC300 shunt connected in series with the Victron shunt. BMPRO HA35 are a sensitive bit of gear and don’t like anything else added to the system 👍
your defo right with the bmpro being sensitive
i have one in our van and i hate the thing would love to remove it if we had the money
Hey mate. Thanks for the message. Yeah, so we have left the original panels running through the BM35 system. At this stage, it all seems to be working as normal. Thanks for that information, though. I'll keep an eye on it 👌
Nice mate what was the final cost all up.
Hey mate. So all up the battery's, solar panels and dcdc charger were $5000. All from Itech world. The inverter I already purchased was around $1500. There was around $1000 in miscellaneous items. Cables, fuses etc. Plus my mate was cheap labour at only $400. So all up around $8-$9k.
Cheers
