The side effect is that when THEY hear something about BTS they always mention it to me (as if I didn't hear about it already). The best side effect is that they actually become aware of BTS whenever they hear them mentioned on any media platform.
Same. Im 46. They inspire me to continue to fight thru life no matter what it throws at me. And the older you get the harder it gets to do that... But they inspire me every single day. I was an exo-l first bc I was introduced to them first in 2017....but when and how I don't know..i fall into this Bangtan shit forver 😘(became fan itself in 2017).... and this was one of the best things happened in my life... 💜💜💜
This eps point out exactly what makes us an ARMY in a right way.. Understandable to everyone.. That girl almost cried saying BTS made her love herself is the highlight of the entire eps.. I really cant hold back my tears on it..
RM is really charismatic and dignified person to stand together with political personas. I really cannot think of any other (sorry) kpop leader other than him. His tone of voice, his word choises, his build, and the way he can make people listen to him and found his little mistake is adorable. So much happened to BTS and now, they have that mind set for greater goods since they accept the Order of Merit. They went beyond music. If kpop stan said that there will be next bts, musically possible, but impact might not as much. Bts went above and beyond ‘just musicians’, this word is an argument to put them the same as so and so who went to englistment.
Great points at 48:35. I actually did not know about the law until Namjoon mentioned it. Also, the Asian Americans complaining that it should have been them bringing awareness would have gotten very little attention to be frank. Plus, they (Asian Americans) were at the White House the previous week from what I understand. BTS definitely brought more awareness.
It wasn’t the Asian Americans complaining, it was more non-Asians in America criticizing. Yes, BTS used their platform to raise awareness & the White House knew it. BTS was only in DC for 3-4 days - JK flew a day earlier to L.A. first on Saturday, then joined the rest on Sunday when they all flew into DC. They spoke on Tuesday & flew back to S Korea on Wednesday. They were not there the week before.

@@lovevideos1699 Yeah, there were others invited and other events already taken place prior to BTS's last day 5/31 meeting. Just proves those that complained (and there WERE also Asian Americans that complained online, aside from the non-Asian Americans, just from both sides) really didn't pay attention to any of the issues, UNTIL BTS made news of it. Isn't THAT , in itself, the exact proof that whoever else that was invited didn't gain enough attention until BTS was announced and garnered all these "opinions?" Their complaint under the false assumption that no others were there to represent other than BTS is just that much more ironic and idiotic and a slap on their own faces by proving themselves wrong and exactly why BTS was invited to have that bigger impact. SMH...
actually yes, i was in a small province in my country and there was one store that was blasting BTS MUSIC like their whole album, i stayed on those stores and literally that seller was full on BTS MUSIC their bsides etc, it was beautiful, an dit was so loud everyone near the stores or any buyer heard the music and it was amazing the promo hahahaha the store was selling like batteries or something, nothing music related or kpop
Regarding the White House visit, the more Jungkook is concentrating on what is being said, the more wide-eyed and “spaced out” he looks. It doesn’t mean he’s not paying attention. Quite the opposite, actually. This is especially true when Namjoon is speaking. 😌

He gets so starry-eyed whenever Namjoon is doing something impressive and honestly...same. It's been so many years and he still hasn't lost his admiration for that man. It's super sweet.
when i saw the chapter 21... i cried bc the hysteria thing is real, like when i was a teenager i rejected so much the way fans behave bc that was "crazy" and i was afraid to be judged like that. Now as an adult, i feel how much the society fvcks us up

I’m going through such hard time getting over an over 8 years toxic friendship. We were the closest we can be but recent years I was reaching my limits it was toxic but also was hard leaving it with how close we were for very long time. I’m learning to love myself all over again. And god Jino playing 2 3 at the end had me in tears😂😩😩 I felt so much joy and warmth inside I didn’t feel for a long time, knowing that these boys were always there to support us and help us feel better.. it reminded me again how much I truly truly love them. I owe them my life how much they helped me get through the most desperate and weakest times.
I've been in a few toxic, abusive relationships, romantic ones & family ones & I know how tough it can be to break free from them, mainly because no person is 100% horrible or bad, right? So ofcourse we can always find SOMETHING about a person, some redeemable qualities they have & if we love them they can use those qualities to manipulate us, to get us to overlook or excuse their bad treatment of us.
I believe we should forgive others, but sometimes we should not stay in a relationship & just wait for the next time they're going to hurt us, not when they've clearly established a pattern of toxic behavior, hurtful actions & words, or once we've told them what hurts us, yet they continue to do it again & again. At that point THEY're the ones who've made the decision to end the friendship (or romantic relationship). THEY've shown us by repeatedly disregarding our boundaries (what we won't accept) & not caring about our feelings or opinions. Not everything should be tolerated by us.
It's important to know yourself & not keep letting someone wrong you again & again because once you do keep allowing them to treat you bad, then far reaching damage is done to YOU. It costs you a lot to be a martyr for them. You'll lose your own self respect, your pride in yourself, you'll even get angry at yourself for it to keep happening & you'll feel helpless, unworthy, insignificant, weak, energy sapped from you, from the pain inside
These feelings can become ingrained in a person, bring on depression, can cause you to shut down & numb out your feelings, because you can't cope with them, and often people do not even realize how much they've been affected because the slidw down is slow, in increments, but the damage is being done to you. People often emotionally close down & can't feel anything right, neither their anger nor their JOY. You'll become more & more numb & miserable the longer it goes on.
It can take years to recover who you used to be after you've endured toxic behaviors & abuse from others, any type of it, but especially when it's been from a person you love/ loved.
I want to tell you I am proud of you for getting up the strength to put yourself first because you are the only one who could say," NO MORE, this is unacceptale and I will not be treated that way anymore". Now you can use the energy that was wasted on that person to help yourself recover your joy and happiness.
You saw your own worth, hold onto that, you NEED to be your own protector, to stabd up for yourself like this, you deserve it dear. Not everyone deserves a spot in our life. We have to protect our own heearts too.
I read so many comments on Twitter about BTS not being asian americans, so it wasn't appropiate for them to be there, talking about this issue. People wanted their groups' korean american members to be there, forgetting a little fact: they're not big enough, so they're not the best vehicle for this type of message. I swear antis comparing their groups to BTS feels like a joke in 2022.
It feels like I'm using all my maternal instincts with BTS (I don't have kids) I am so proud.
Magic Shop is my comfort song💜 this song has helped me through very difficult times in my life. I'm forever grateful to them for they have really changed my life. Even though I might neber be able to attend their concerts, I still wanna support and root for them💜
Ahhh...i cried hell out of my eyes...i forgot this episode was this emotional..but rewatching it with jino made it i dunno somehow more impactful...may be bcoz as he was pausing... processing and adding his thoughts...so it's been proven now...that DJ Jino is a human too 🙆🏻♀️ ...he can be emotional man and denies to be an Army 💜😂

Can you imagine how it must feel to be Bang PD today, for him to every day be able to see the unbelievable results of whathe started so long ago, after he'd left 1 of the major KPop label's & put his work & money into starting a brand new company, to do it different from the established "successful recipe" he'd seen & worked in; (where idol trainees were chewed up & spit out, used & abused, ruthlessly having to compete with their friends to ever debut, starving themselves to do so & more that crushed the souls & bodies of idol trainees, killing ttheir spirit, creativity & artistry) chosing to invest, long term, in the talented young people they signed, nurturing their skill sets, aiming to make quality music with intention, purpose & depth of meaning. SO much faith in the boys & in his dream had to be clung onto for years of hard work for ann concerned, while it's appaent that he guided & cheered on the guys every ste of the way.................
Now he's the richest kan in S. Korea last I heard anyway.......and everyone who worked towards this dream was in some way impacted too,it must be mind blowing for him to see FANS donating money to chaities, effecting millions more all the time......from what he started wth a great idea to treat talent better.

Because how can anyone not adore BTS's members once they've seen all their videos? So the only ones who might mock BTS fans are those who haven't watched all the hours of them that we have, they just do not know them yet. Yet.

I think JK was SO FOCUSED because he KNEW he was drifting/about to drift and did his best to combat it. (Yeah, I think he's another ADHD brain, seriously. ;) )
But his speech showed just what a natural he on stage - instead of a stiff, nervous reading, he sounded warm, relaxed and personable. It was as if he was recollecting an anecdote for a few friends.
Jungkook does not have adhd. Don't 'diagnose him', that is completely wrong so don't spread misinformation about him.

Hyperfocus - how he is so incredibly good at devoting himself to learning new skills. Creativity. A need for motion. And, every now and then, a tendency to focus on something other than what you're supposed to focus on.
Every time another video featuring JK "zoning out" appears, I feel for him - because that could be me.
So no, he either does not have ADHD, or it's not serious enough to cause him significant trouble - which is great. :)
I didn't get diagnosed until I was an adult, so I've become more familiar with the atypical ways it can present.
Either way it doesn't change anything - he's a wonderful person who works incredibly hard and deserves all the good things in life. :)
