    Doing this workout 3 times a week and then a Pop Sugar Fitness 30 min intense ab workout 3 days a week, alternating. First weeks almost done and I'm instantly much more defined. Going to strech it out for a month and go up with the levels each week. Kinda dig it

    I am 51 turning 52 tomorrow. Wanted a beginner core workout. Running 5 ks and hated running as a kid. Now i am hoping to break 25 minutes for my PR. A good friend said to add core, This was perfect. hope to advance as i go along to your advanced episodes. Thank You Susan, and crew. YOU ROCK!

    Thanks to Susan for this amazing workout. I realize these will get easier when my weight comes down. I love the encouragement Susan gave, at times she would say don't stop, keep pushing just as I started to lower or give out. It was an instant motivation to push harder.     I just did this workout, it's great for beginners. I only wish it was longer, i did your cardio ab blast after just to get my fix.

    Great workout, but I wish BeFit trainers would spend a bit more time talking about FORM in their exercises. I know we could theoretically look at them and take mental notes, and I also realize that they throw in a few tips along the way. But I know that without proper form, many people could seriously injure their bodies. It would just be helpful if we focused a little bit more on explaining form in each of these exercises (especially the ones with weights!) That being said, I am an Insanity graduate, and am happy to report that this workout totally kicked my butt!! Way to go BeFit! Thanks for the sweat :)

    this workout works! I now have 2 packs !!! :) Thanks BeFit. I do this 5 times/week + other quick routines totalling 30min workout daily. is that enough? I wish I could do more but I get so tired after 30 min. I try to work out more after coming from my job in the evening but I'm also tired after work most of the time. Id llove to hear from anyone.     This is really good, i feel burn in the reps when they say, which gives me reassurance. Also every morning i feel different, better and stronger and can do the cardio a bit easier each time

    Hey Thankyou so much for the workout!! I love that it's a 20 minute workout... I don't exercise regularly. I am 170cm and 53kg, I would really like to tone up my body. Should I do one of these 20 minute workouts a day? Is that going to be enough to see the results I want? I'm super lazy and hate working out, but these kind of exercise videos really help me!     I think people become discouraged when the workout is too much of a challenge. Last year I got super slim but still muscular (like a ballerina) and was doing some of the most intense workouts on youtube. Unfortunately I got SUPER sick and ended up hospitalized for a few months, was put on morphine and prednisone and packed on 20 lbs in 2 months! I basically had to start with walking up and down the hospital halls. (I couldn't walk for about a week!) It was not only mortiphying but discouraging. People would bring me doh nuts and cookies to cheer me up which didn't help. I was also evicted from my home and lost my job meaning I couldn't afford to eat as healthy or to go to the gym. Luckily, I can afford wi-fi. Finding the motivation to start from scratch was really difficult. Slowly I am starting to get SOME strength back. It's been a hard battle but I know I have to start somewhere. I still struggle with the workouts, but I have ALMOST nailed level 1 :) Never give up!
