Well, another one "BITES THE DUST"!!!! Sooooo MANY NICE FEATURES!!!! From the French Doors to the Kitchen Cabinets and Arched Doorways and Windows!!!! The Basement was DISGUSTING, but overall, this was once a VERY NICE HOME!!!! I CANNOT GET OVER THE LAND, JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thanks for taking us along on your Journey guys!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!
Great video. The original owners had some $$. Really nice house for it's day. The original little kids who lived there are now in their 50's! You should have rolled up that big rug and rescued it. After a carpet cleaning it would still be very nice. Now, it's just going to get ruined. Barns and out buildings are always cool to see. Me, personally, not big on basements. There is RARELY anything cool to see in a basement. And for that power to be on someone is paying the bill!
So many of these old houses look good on the surface but the bones can be really bad and no one wants to spend a fortune putting band aides on the works. Houses have to be kept up all along. Some people buy houses that are nice when purchased by them decades in the past but for, whatever reason, they couldn't maintain them all along. or, when they retired could not afford to keep the house up. I have a house built in 1979. I've kept it up the best I can but it costs more and more, and, I don't know when the other shoe will drop(plumbing, windows, washer dies, etc). As a Baby Boomer, I have seen old folks with houses that worry about how they will keep paying for groceries, prescriptions, and taxes such that painting the house and fixing a hole somewhere, finding homes for all the stuff they have gathered no matter how valuable pales in comparison. Great video. Thanks.
So much waste! Rather than simply demolishing and disposing of those buildings, they could call in scrappers to haul away anything that's still usable. 19:20 BOY, could I ever make use of those giant filing cabinets! My pattern collection is out of control! LOL
Carlos is so rotten! Lol only he would act like he was going to shut the door on you while you are in the stinky basement! The house at one time was a beautiful house.
So you think we will be exploring the townhouses in 50 years? Answer No why because glue and cheap foreign materials will have decayed i would say it will be a overgrown field by then.

I like seeing inside barns, not much of a car person but garages can be interesting too. 😃
Beautiful House. Tile in that bathroom looked bad. Crazy how much the property sold for. Nice explore
I love this house! The main entrance & staircase is beautiful! So sad it’s abandoned & will be demolished! Very awesome video bro! 🤘👍❤️❤️

3:01 How can they leave the rug behind. I like the blue tub. 9:14 Could be for ties or belts.
