Annual Awards: Meet our Customer Experience winners

The Huddersfield Royal Infirmary team - made up of Ben Hull, Stephen Woodhouse, Daniel Murphy, Andrew Jackson, Richard Woods, Phil Padbury, Nick McGuire, Mike Russon and Richard Pulford - has won our Customer Experience award.
The team from our Yorkshire Regional Building business unit has been delivering a truly exceptional service over the last 13 years at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Hear what they had to say when they were presented with the award earlier this month.
Together, they have transformed 50-year-old facilities to create a great environment for patients, colleagues and visitors, while working within the challenges of a very busy hospital. Over the course of the contract, it is estimated that the team has had to keep a total of around 150,000 patients and 4,000 hospital employees happy - a huge number, showing how difficult this work can be.
This team has become a true strategic partner, adding value at every stage of the project, with the good work set to continue until 2021, when the current contract ends.
