one of the best how-to videos I've seen - great lighting and camera angles, clear step by step instructions and the volume level of the music was perfect. Tx!
Theres a way of removing the footpeg without taking it apart. You wedge a flat blade screw driver into the hex key head and push hard while undoing the bolt
We found the extra mount on left pipe is not really needed. The weight of the stock pipe needed that extra mount because the pipe coming out of CAT is not super sturdy. Since the Cone Exhaust weigh much less it is not an issue. Not sure about voiding a warranty though.
The air cooled machines are much different than the new liquid cooled models. You can search other you tube videos for sound on the older bikes. Shorties on older bikes are very loud.
This particular video is for a Street Twin kit. But we do offer a similar set up for the T100. Email Store@analogmotorcycles.com with bike year and model and we can send you a link.
Because this kit doesn't require removal of the catalytic converter, you don't need to remap the ECU for this to work. If you remove the catalytic converter, that would likely require a remap.
Yes. You will want to order the kit for a Thruxton in the finish you would prefer. www.analogmotorcycles.com/shop/triumph-thruxton-exhaust-cone-engineering-shorty-performer/ Thruxton is Bright Polished finish and the Thruxton R is Brushed finish
There are a 2 maps you can get from dealer. Now there is a Power Commander 5 for these and a couple more maps. And you can create a map as well now that there is the PCV.

That means a lot - Thanks!
My god man. That is a great upgrade. Wow, looks and sound.
Thanks!
I mean.... the stock exhaust you gotta admit sounds pretty god damn great. The cone sounds very similar, but just a tad louder.
Nice!! Any idea if this fits the 2023 Speed Twin 900 with the "updated" CAT with welded on exit pipes? Thnx.......
Yes the "Street Twin" kit fits the new "Speed Twin 900".

How long did you have to let the sealant curate before turning bike on? Or does turning it on help it curate?
Does this still have the cat?
On the left hand pipe there is A mount missing why? and will it affect my warranty?

I have a 2007 Bonnie. Difficult to really assess the sound quality. Is it obnoxiously loud? Thanks!

is this compatible with center stand?
if you request centerstand bracket when ordering in the notes section we can send you a bracket allowing you to keep your centerstand.
Will this slip-on exhaust fit on a Triumph Bonneville t100

Any chance you're developing this for the bobber?
do you need to remap the engine with this?
Because this kit doesn't require removal of the catalytic converter, you don't need to remap the ECU for this to work. If you remove the catalytic converter, that would likely require a remap.
Is this with a decat as well?
At the time of video this still had the cat.
how much for this beauty?
Will these work on the new 2019 Speed Twin?
Yes. You will want to order the kit for a Thruxton in the finish you would prefer. www.analogmotorcycles.com/shop/triumph-thruxton-exhaust-cone-engineering-shorty-performer/
Thruxton is Bright Polished finish and the Thruxton R is Brushed finish
I understood the ECU was locked on the Street Twin, or can authorized dealers somehow remap your ECU?
There are a 2 maps you can get from dealer. Now there is a Power Commander 5 for these and a couple more maps. And you can create a map as well now that there is the PCV.
