I always felt like cleansers, and especially moisturizers, were trapping in dirt, its always made me feel dirty since their is so much on the skin .
Now, when i was in highschool i remember my skin being oily and shiny with no pimples to exsist, once i got into the bandwagon of skincare i became addicted and i ended up with huge cysts, pimples and whitheads ... wondering why my skin was getting worse

The irony is all of the dermatologists recommended skincare I.e cerave, avene, lrp etc… made my skin worse off than before 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you for this information 🙏🏻 I'm literally at the stage now where I don't know wtf is wrong with my skin and anything I try just makes it worse. I often end up throwing products away after just a few uses because my skin reacts almost immediately. Going to try this new approach and save up for professional treatments every once in a while instead. Thanks again lovely 💜

of course, i hope it helps you find your way! your skin sounds a lot like mine - my skin reacts almost immediately to products and it was a tell tale sign to STOP but i kept thinking it was a "purge" and continued to ruin my skin. xoxo hope it gets better sooner than later!

I just discovered your video and I'm so glad to have finally found an answer to all my doubts about skincare. It's a difficult subject to debunk today, because of all the social medias that fill our heads with """""the necessity""""" of a natural, complete (and let's be honest, fancy) 50-step routine.
We forget to simply listen to our skin. That is natural, and simply physical.
    Thank you ❤

I used to use the cerave hydrating cleanser and would be super oily within hours and me being dumb thought oh gotta use more to clean off the oil and would just repeat, bought all kinds of moisturizers, hydroulanic toners, asian skincare products you name them i bought them all trying to fix my skin from years of using lemon/lime juice in my 20's and got burned really bad turned super red and till this day i still have hyperigmentation my face use to be pale now its pinkish/reddish smh.
Today i dont use anything for moisturizers or cleansers just aloe vera with a microfiber cloth and its slowly healing, also like what you said about diet it is all about diet and the foods you eat i keep a journal of foods i eat if i react to them or not i cant eat soy, diary, i would eat like 400 grams of carbs and my face would be red inflamed.
Diet consists of mainly whole foods like chicken, seafood, veggies, fruits, rice cake rolls, just gotta make sure it has no soy or diary or else i get acne

what's your dental hygiene routine? your teeth look amazing. are they real or veneers? can you share how you take care of your teeth?

Veneers! Wow! I wish- I kind of want them to be honest 🫣 thank you 🙏🙂 - my teeth used to be mildly crooked, I had a lot of overlap on the bottom and my top teeth had some crowding in the front as well. We couldn’t afford braces when I was a kid so I ended up getting adult braces when I was like 22. I wore them for a year to get my teeth straight. now I just brush twice a day with an electric toothbrush, floss every night and I have done one whitening treatment at the dentist a year or two ago. Just started using tongue scrapers too. Toothpaste- I use whatever is cheapest at the store! 🤗 hope that helps !

@@Echolyris212 😂 you guys are too funny! Biggest change was switching to an electric toothbrush. Oh and maintenance dentist cleanings every 6 months!
