more of the Israelis fail to be considered innocent, however, and very few of the Palestinians do. anyone in the IDF or the reserves, and any of the illegal settlers, is to be considered fair game for armed resistance, in my opinion. all Palestinians who haven’t harmed an actual civilian are in the clear, and we have to take the 20 years of open-air incarceration/blockade & the 67 years of illegal occupation into account as mitigating factors.
it’s really simple. get off the remaining 22% of their country that your people haven’t stolen. it’s all they’re asking for and it’s eminently reasonable. it doesn’t need to be negotiated down any further. we don’t need any extra security provisions giving Israel an effective veto on statehood like they forced into Oslo. just give them the West Bank and Gaza and be done with it. it’s theirs.
