i dont want to sound like i know bout crs etc, but i just noticed whle watching you drive the car after fixed the stuff, it was still not driving correctly, leaning to one side etc
I've been a mechanic for over 40 years one time I remember I was changing a power steering pump and pulled the collar right off that pulley never got to pull off had to go get another one

No, it's a Duster. It's inherently the worst handling car ever. The shock absorbers had nothing to do with it. I've had dog sleds with better handling and ride quality.
