try changing your profile name and your profile pic. then verify the integrity of your files again and try to search for a game.
yes it makes absolutely no sense, but it JUST worked for me.
also you could try to start an offline game with bots, play a few minutes and try to que again for a match.

When trying this I get this error: Windows cannot find 'C:\Program' , make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. I went to the location and copied the location from the window along with copying and pasting what you wrote.
