Yes you have to buy the hard drive separately, it is an add-on when you put this security camera in your cart. You can also get an external hard drive.
I have bought the same one zosi few days ago from eBay was very happy but when arrived no hard drive I’m gone friends every thing is lying on floor since why not they charge and prefix this thing and sell 😭

Imagine buying a camera that didn’t save your pictures...Really pointless having a security camera system that doesn’t record anything! Who has time to stare at a monitor and wait for something to happen? I just spent all day in my attic drilling holes, running wire to then find out I have to purchase and install the other half of my system that may or may not work after investing in ZOSI. Bad idea in my opinion. I hope installing hard drive is as easy as it looks in this video. Good luck
Im pretty sure any old hard drive will do, i purposly bought one without a hard drive just because i got hard drives.. you shoulda bought more expensive one (with hd)
so selling and shiping a complete item ? not good for business. so I bought really expensive dummy cameras? the $3500 ive spent in replacing stolen or damaged property proves they arnt even that this company is a joke and i did install my own hard drive spent $100 in taxis to go pick up a $60 hard drive and nothing
Some of their systems do, but not this one. Some customers would like to put their own type and capacity in it. I know I would rather install something nice like a WD purple instead of some generic drive that might fail soon.
They sell units with the hard drive installed for an extra $40 at amazon. Some people just want to monitor what is going on live and don't need to record. Why pay extra $$ for something you don't need? People can buy the $80 system at amazon with four cameras and add a $30 hard drive and more cameras later on if they want.
it supports both, they say a 3.5" so that it can mount to the case. You need a bracket for a 2.5" which also means it can use a SSD (faster). If you don't know these simple things then you should hire someone to install instead of doing it yourself. So if you're going to LYFAO maybe you should get a little smarter because everyone else is laughing at you, not with you.

This is what they told me to do because the unit keeps resetting itself. Preas expraian how this fixes it.
