I see alot of guys running these piggy back underdrive pulleys without the harmonic balancer attached, i would be afraid it would throw my crankshaft out of balance and cause crank walk or premature bearing failure on the pulley end, but the cheap power is tempting.
Tune is good to remix your air fuel ratio to make it quicker the pulleys are for like 10hp at the fly but it goes down to like 5hp but won't see much gains until u get tb tb spacer and pi intake swap n do the pedal mod it's free it will give you a lil more pep when you hit the gas
What bolt ons do you currently have? The underdrive pulley kit frees up 10-15 horsepower not necessarily gaining it. Pretty much the pulleys are allowing you to use the power else where.. bolt on will reap the benefit also change the alternator to a 200 amp it would be better but you’ll have to run a thicker wire which they sale on American muscle
