Walking American Neighborhoods with Storm Clouds Ahead | Nature Sounds for Sleep and Study
Вставка
- Опубліковано 14 жов 2024
- Enjoy a stroll through American neighborhoods and suburbs with the anticipation of a storm in the air.
As the storm draws near, it evokes memories of childhood days spent playing in the streets with bare feet. The scorching summer sun would turn the pavement into a sizzling pan, and then the soothing rain would come to cool it down. The canvas of the sky painted by the storm feels just like it did back then.
During our journey, a whimsical turn of events occurred - a tiny drop of pine sap made its mark on the camera lens. You might catch a glimpse of it in certain lighting. Such is the charm of capturing moments in the ever-surprising embrace of nature.

About:
Relaxing Walks, your source for quiet, commentary-free walks and drives in stunning 4K+ HDR quality. We record real-time binaural audio to bring nature's soundscape and ambience to you.
We began with a simple idea: share nature's visuals and sounds. Then, we saw the beauty in sharing the journey itself, not just the destination. Hence, this channel took its first steps, moving from static to dynamic.
We mainly film using a Sony FX30/E 11mm F1.8 camera and a Zhiyun Crane M3 gimbal for steady footage. Nature's sounds are recorded with a Zoom F6 and binaural microphones, and we polish the final product with Davinci Resolve Studio and Izotope RX.
The purpose of our videos is to provide an escape, potentially offering benefits such as relaxation, stress relief, and fostering a calming environment conducive to meditation, study, and sleep.
Help:
Video note: If you're having trouble with video quality, please check that your device and internet settings can support 4K and/or HDR and that the UA-cam video quality is set as such.

I've consumed American media ever since I was born and so places like this will always give me nostalgia, even though I've never actually visited them.
I have something similar regarding the Twin Towers in New York City. I'm not American and I've only been to NYC once, but for some reason, I always feel sorry and nostalgic when I see videos of New York having the Twin Towers, man I was 1 year old when 9/11 happened, but for some reason I have this specific feeling about New York, not sure how to explain.
yeah same for me , its a weird feeling
Me too!
Mee too man what is this feeling,?
Same
my favorite type of weather, warm, storm clouds, no wind.
same
After heavy rain, the weather is partly cloudy and the sun is shining, a light wind is blowing around 16.00 Ahh, I think this is the best weather.
same, but i like with wind )
same. the literal "quiet before the storm". even better once you start hearing thunder in the distance
@@lavishlyvice Yes, totally. Especially when you see lightnings in the distance, but you couldn't hear them, and there's no rain or heavy wind where you are.
Once I was lucky enough to experience this. The lighnings were red, and there was a deep contrast between the dark blue of the storm clouds, the green of the hills, and the red of the lightnings flashes. I can not describe how beautiful it was.
I'm from Germany, and I generally like the vibe from american neighborhoods. Very nice
I like it too, but it always gives me a certain “liminal space” vibe... In the USA, people don't like it when you walk, especially when there are no sidewalks. You're immediately an outsider. In Germany it's normal, as in almost every country in Europe. I think the video is beautiful, but I think my country is just as beautiful ;)
@@Urbex-FPV thats concerning
i am from germany too but i am scared to see a black guy, in case he shoot me for no reason
@@Urbex-FPV thats literally not true, people do not care if youre walking, they care if youre in the middle of the road lol which im sure is true for most developed countries. why are you just straight up lying? i have never seen someone complaining about people walking???
@@Urbex-FPV That's not true at all.
I would like to live like this with that tranquility and listen to the birds singing in the morning
In the US, that would be a very expensive lifestyle.
Nah you won't
Only upper class forget it M8
@@utterlycynthia This neighborhood is not even expensive
@@utterlycynthia No it isn't lol
Fortunately, there was no storm. The village is beautiful and pretty. Thank you for uploading the video.
Thanks for stopping in.
Crazy how American Media feeds us that we live in the crappiest country yet I read all the comments and most live in other countries and talk about how beautiful it is. Most of America needs to unplug and enjoy the beautiful land we have. ❤❤
one of the best countries, i envy
American media is some of the worst media in the world that's for sure. I spent some schooling in Germany and their news compared to ours was absolutely insane. Think of our news as Buzzfeed, and their news as a current events lecture from the history professor of your school. I hate how violently awful our media has become -- and this isn't politically leaning, ALL media in America is abysmal.
I'm from Austria, which is a rather small country in the center of Europe and I live in the countryside and in a small village with a population of about 2000 inhabitants. I love doing sport and especially jogging. One aspect I have always found interesting is that in all these American countryside neighborhoods and mansion districts I hardly ever see any people going out for walks, or doing any activities at all. Here where I live, you would normally always see at least a hand full of people let's say walking along the sidewalks and so on. I imagine if I jogged through these American neighborhoods people might look at me from inside their houses and might think how strange I was doing that.😅
@@mishmash9797 I actually love walking in the evening in my neighborhood. Lots of people walk.
@@mishmash9797i believe it just has to do with the time and weather. It looks to be around 5 PM maybe a bit later so most people are probably eating dinner. you see a lot of people walking their dogs, biking and stuff like that in the morning and evening.
i’ve always wanted to visit Austria! to see the beautiful mountains and idyllic villages you see in media would be very amazing
Lucky those people who live in such a beautiful place! Silence and beauty
It is not beauty it is boring and ordinary. You can't even walk to a grocery store because America is a country of cars. You have to drive 20 minutes to go from your home to the market.
@@phoenix1453 because USA is so big. if someone doesn’t like peace and quiet, then he can move to another city, where there will be eternal noise and energy. This is the choice of everyone. People who live there love it because it's quiet, safe and too beautiful!

why is this so comforting 😭
Watching your from Italy, keep up the good work 👍🏻
I dream of living the American dream one day by owning one of these homes in neighborhoods like these. I like to picture myself climbing the dormer windows of my home and watching the night sky, just like 90’s movies, even better with my own happy family and dogs. Hustling hard 🤙🏻

MORO NO BRASIL, 🙋🏻♀️🇧🇷🇧🇷 MAS TENHO UM SONHO DE MORAR EM LUGAR ASSIM , PARECE TER UMA PAZ TRANQUILIDADE.❤
Odeio a cultura de barulho do Brasil. Definitivamente nasci no lugar errado.

That was way more calming than I thought it'd be. I live in Cape Town in a neighbourhood that's slightly similar and I love to take walks. I've never considered taking a walk with someone on UA-cam before. It's also cloudy here (in June it's winter). Gives clarity of thought and I can get back to work feeling much more balanced. Thank you for these.
I live in the slums of cape Town 😢💔
But you are Indian
I wish there was a game like this, it bring me so much peace to just walk and my country has like veeery little areas to do so comfortably
Qué hermoso lugar amigo,simplemente fascinado
Saludos desde Córdoba Capital Argentina.
I live in Portugal, and by all means it's a very nice country. It's one of the safest in the world, it's clean and it has a lot of history, a lot of beautiful places to visit. But still, places like this simply do not exist here. My country has a population of 10 million, which doesn't sound like a lot, but we're crammed into a very tiny corner of Europe, so the population density across the entire country is quite large. We have a few remote areas (although nothing like the US), and I do cherish them, but still, we don't really have vast areas that truly feel like the middle of nowhere, and certainly we don't have the space to build neighborhoods like this.
There is so much open space in these, so many trees, everything is so neatly organized. Hearing all the birds, the kids playing in the background, no traffic sounds. Sadly, this cannot exist here, and often times you get quite the opposite, many houses crammed into tiny spaces. Has its own charm, don't get me wrong, but at this point in my life it has become a little too much for me... too much noise, too many people surrounding you, it almost makes you feel claustrophobic. Sometimes I long for a bit of solitude, you know?
If you grew up somewhere like this, I truly envy you. I grew up watching American films where all the characters lived in such neighborhoods and I always craved living somewhere like this.
Come live in the desert

This is so interesting. I did grow up in the USA, and I still live here now as a 35 year old mother with kids and a house of my own in a suburban neighborhood just like this. However, I think most of us are missing that sense of community you describe. It is very picturesque and there is privacy here, but it’s hard to strike up conversations and build relationships with other neighbors… This country is very focused on the individual and not so much on a tribal mentality… But I think humans are meant to live in close connection with each other. That’s missing In most places in the US.

This is the reason why I don’t live in a Downtown. The suburbs are a great place to live. It’s just beautiful.
I wish so baldy that one to be able to go to the USA 😭everything is so perfect beyond my imagination
No place is perfect but I feel you. I'd have loved to move to the US if it wasn't so wild there and difficult to build a life :')

tube la experiencia de vivir en uno de estos barrios. Al principio muy feliz por la tranquilidad. Despues, poco a poco comence a sentirme mal.
