Creatures from Beyond Beyond is pretty good too but its premise is a little strange and Zombie Town is great too but the ending is awful and The Faces of Me is more of a forgettable book.

The thing is, the others haven't been confirmed to be Series 2000 books like Shrinkman. It's plausible but not totally fact yet. These were reprinted in 2011 under Amazon Publishing and advertised like they were and the OG versions are hard to find although I've seen that have them, Real Stine Collector has at least a couple, I mentioned it to him in a comment. And I typed this before you showed your copy of Three Faces of me, mine is the reprint and I'm curious as to there are any differences. Another thing, while Shrinkman and Creatures are the same 120-ish pages, all the others were weirdly short, like 50/60 pages but still basically being the same as a Goosebumps, although the font size is a bit bigger. I got access to all of these but the only other one I've read is The 13th Warning which was kind of eh. Felt like an unfnished first draft. Side note, Stine also said he had plans for a third triple header. With how short of these are, and how each triple header story is about 50 pages, perhaps some of these were planned for that? As for Goosebumps Gold, that was announced in 2000, after Series 2000 ended and the contract was canned. It was supposed to be with Harper Colins, who also did Nightmare Room which began in 2000. I assume Gold was canned because Stine couldn't transfer the Goosebumps brand to a new publisher. Of course, as we know, Scholastic fully bought it back and the reprints happened, the rest is history. I've got a review for Shrinkman gong up tomorrow, I might come back and link when it's up.

I don’t have 5 of them in hand and I was going to do a follow up video when I got them to kind of chime my two cents to it, like if like you said a book is only 50 pages it could’ve been a triple header story or a rough draft for a goosebumps book type of thing. The time line I think the writer of the article is on point with is they released basically immediately after the parachute and scholastic lawsuit ended. Question is though, is what he’s saying true that these are all SERIES 2000 books as opposed to maybe even discarded OG 62 or triple header stories that never saw the light of day. I said in the video, the more information I get as it comes, I’ll be 100% sure to update the info as I get it! I promise you I will! I do believe these are all connected to goosebumps in a way and would’ve potentially made their way into the franchise. I just can’t tell you for certain if all of them would’ve been series 2000 or not!

If the book is taller than the originals it can really make a difference ALSO three faces of me first print starts on page 7 and ends on 95 so it’s only 88 pages of story and the font size is massive. It barely fits 3 paragraphs per page which is why it probably can slim down 69 pages in the reprint possibly?

As for the page counting starting at 7, the reprint have introductions by Stine that I assume are new as they reference books he wrote after 2000. But those have a separate page count so the actual story starts on page 1.
I'm not sure if they confirmed the other 5 but 100% the small one was most likely what was the series 2000 book. Under a diffrient name, fun fact that one of the book they Reused Tim's artwork for the live on stage book
Yeah the other 5 are unconfirmed which is the consternation. Shrinkman is confirmed but the other 5 are assumed by the article creator I referenced hear to be linked to series 2000. The live on stage book came out in 98 and the creatures from beyond beyond came out in 2001. Someone told me that the same cover was used even before that but I can’t find it anywhere 🤣 everyone seems to be hung up on the other 5 since there was no title or artwork initially associated with the series and the idea or concept of having rough draft novellas doesn’t seem to make sense to others, which is fair. Creatures from beyond beyond and Shrinkman are completed length books basically and the other 4 arguably could be drafts for series 2000 or even maybe some lost stories from the long list triple header book 3. When I gather more info about these other 5 books, I’ll be sure to update it as the information comes! Don’t worry! Thanks for watching my friend!

@@stevenchavez7214 Jacobus redid the shrinking fifth grader cover and had those other covers he did in 2000 it says the year on the first printings as well. Who knows but these stories actually sound pretty wild!

Well, I don't know about this theory, but I've read the others and am currently reading The Adventures of Shrinkman; the last one I read was The Creatures from Beyond Beyond and I actually saw it as a sort of sequel to one of his Ghosts of Fear Street books, Body Switchers from Outer Space. If you've read those two, you'll probably know what I'm talking about.

From my knowledge of ghosts of fear street was that they were all ghostwritten (meaning rl Stine didn’t write any of them just had has name attached to it cause it said fear street) and the series ended in 1998. Stine is known to recycle plots he’s written before in the past, maybe just maybe it was a leftover ghostwritten ghosts of fear street book for creatures of the beyond beyond. Nothing is out of the realm of possibility since none of the other 5 books technically have been proven by what the article guy is saying. I won’t discount a single thing and I’ll be sure to update any information I can gather on these 6 books as information surfaces so we can all know what exactly were the origins and original purposes for said books to begin with!
I’ve read The Thirteenth Warning. It’s not a hard book to get into. The Cat on the cover does make an appearance in the book, but plays more of a mean messenger role than one would expect. The cat who is never named in the book out right, tells the narrator that even though thirteen his lucky number not to get thirteen thirteenths on his thirteenth birthday as it will bring about a curse. Now if this were published under the Goosebumps title this cat most likely would’ve been Rip from Cry Of the Cat which would’ve explained his very low tolerance for humans and his crabbiness. However, with it not being released under the Goosebumps title, the cat just comes off as a grouchy enigma and so don’t it’s powers. In addition to that, the cat also mentions beings who are higher-ups who have great power and who will initiate the curse if the narrator doesn’t do as he’s told. Now, if that has anything to do with The Goosebumps creatures and villains isn’t made very clear, but from my perspective, it seems like a firm poke at Stine’s higher-ups. Lastly the cat also says that if he has to visit the narrator a second time, it will not be a good sign. All in all, a very good yet foreboding book.
