- Are you looking to put some serious miles on your? Enter the Power Tour Package from UMI Performance! For those who want a comfortable yet performance orientated ride, this kit is for you. Watch as UMI President Ryan Kirkwood explains everything in this kit.
Just ordered UMI lower arms and coilover kit with 650 lb springs for an S10. Will be getting upper arms and swaybars this payday. Building a daily autocross truck that's still functional. Nice parts.
What a beautiful kit!
Beautiful kit, it would increase handling and performance dramatically (cause we all know how some old muscle cars handled lol) would add significant value to the vehicle and the powder coating would stay brand new looking for 100 years...But at $3000 USD it’s a hard bullet to swallow just in suspension. I’ve purchased UMI ladder bars and front & rear sway bars (all I could afford at the time) for my ‘84 Buick Regal 4 door and I was straight up gob smacked at the night and day difference it made in controlling body roll, stability, cornering, put more power to the pavement etc etc etc... UMI products are worth their weight in gold
Are there more install videos?
I just inherited a 64 lemans w stock everything, and this may be a perfect fit for my needs.
Looks like the kit on my 70 monte but I have the adjustable shocks
Will be ordering for my 72 Chevelle SS
Awesome. Any questions hit us at support@umiperformance.com
I have a 72 Chevelle...how did your system go?
@@cuzz63 install was a breeze. It rode great. Just sold it for a Widebody Redeye
@@marioarizola4921 I just installed a UMI supsension on my 72. Cant imagine selling it.
Will your stage 4 package also allow your chassis braces to bolt up on g body platforms?
Thanks for the question. Stage 4 kits are often upgraded by adding both the front and rear braces, yes. We can give more details if you email support@umiperformance.com
Sorry, I cant justify $4000 cdn on a $3500 dollar car.
My cutlass used to just float over the bumps despite leaking worn out shocks. Then i swapped in an LS and maybe lost 80lbs off the front end.
I didnt know it had the F41 firm suspension option when i ordered new tires and wheel package.
Stock was 14s, mine came with 15s possibly factory option, I hummed and hawed between 16s or 17s not wanting too stiff of ride.
i opted to gamble and spend almost $2000 cdn on aluminum 17s.
Turns out that was a bit TOO firm of ride.
I replaced shocks with ac-delco gas charged in front and monroe sensatracs in back and lowered tired pressure to 34psi.
Nows its much more liveable ride, but what can i do to further increase handling while not firming the ride possibly even soften it?
is it possible to just replace all the bushings on my stock F41 suspension 84 cutlass with new poly-urethane ones?
would fabbing some bracing on each end of the car, like locking the rear rails together and another brace locking front rails together plus a rear shock towers brace be a good start?
will both these ideas make it ride stiffer?
Urethane bushings (ours only work with our arms) and chassis stiffening helps for sure. Everyone has different budgets. Your ideas sound solid.
Do you guy's offer suspension kits for 2003 Mercury Marauder?
Thank you
Hey Willis. Sorry, no kits for that Merc.
This kit costs as much as my mint Monte Carlo costed me 😂
Been waiting for my stage 2 for about 9 months now. Really disappointed
You ordered a kit and it has been taking 9 months? Email ramey@umiperformance.com and I can help. We are at 5 weeks to deliver after receipt of order.
No 73-77 A body. Lame bullshit.
