I have 4000 miles on Road 5's on my FJR in So Cal conditions, even including some rain. Still look good and I have zero complaints. My motorcycle shop said I may be able to get 10 to 11k miles out of them. YMMV.

How do you like your FZ-09? I have a Vstrom 1000 that I love but the FZ-09 is the only other bike I've wanted to try with that triple engine. It's difficult too because this year (2019) they have my favorite color in blue. I'm pretty tall at 6'3 - and over 250lbs.
Hi there. I see you’re still using the comfort seat. I just bought mine and as you mentioned on your comparison to stock seat video the only gripe with it is that it sort of digs into your inner thigh as it’s wider up front. Did you get used to that or modified it a bit? Maybe the foam gave in a little so it’s comfier in that regard?
Great video! I found out something recently and am so fascinated by it. I've been reading about The Darkside. Putting a car tire on the rear of my motorcycle. I hear a lot of people have been doing it for years. Would you consider becoming a Darksider?

I notice that there is a lot of guys putting car tires on their bikes to get more use out of the tire. What’s you opinion on that?
I hate the feeling of squared off tires. The only reason they do that is because they love slabbing the freeway. Zzzzz
