ROAD TRIP: Driving the Blue Ridge Parkway to Asheville, NC

- Leaving Boone, NC, and traveling along the Blue Ridge Parkway to the city of Asheville, NC. Stopping off in the town of Linville to check out beautiful Linville Falls! This entire region is simply beautiful. The winding mountainous Blue Ridge Parkway offers so many spectacular views. This was the second day in a row that I had basically no cell reception, and it was fantastic to simply disconnect and be present. In a world that has currently lost its mind, it can be hard to see past the mess, but all of this is still going to be out there waiting to be discovered.... when the path to adventure presents itself again... Take it!

Loved Ashville it was a fun town - we stayed in a trendy hotel in Main Street and walked to a place with live music. Liked that we could walk from hotel and not have to drive so we could both have a drink
Asheville is a really cool place. We only spent a couple of nights there so will definitely head back up there at some point. Thanks for watching! 😊

This is the reason why I love fall so much! The epic scenery. Looks a lot like the area we went to in upstate NY over the summer. There are so many neat places to explore in America. Feel free to put Pennsylvania on your list and we’ll show you a good time 🍻. And yes...people in the Carolinas are much friendlier than Floridians, but to be fair who really is a native born Florida citizen 😂😅.

Nice video, love the Blue Ridge Parkway! Unfortunately I think you missed the best part of Linville Falls. You were just looking at the upper falls in the video. As you leave that spot, you can go up and around to the left, that takes you to Chimney View. This gives a good description and pics of the rest of the views of Linville Falls. www.ncwaterfalls.com/lin1.htm
