I have the adjusted by the Allan key, belt twist and recently the acoustic read at around 90 hz that was on a st2. Actually they all worked for me. Where the belts get very close to each other at the adjusters can be a disaster point. They can be adjusted so they rub each other and fail.
Yes, they do. I think it's well known now... but I never knew this was the case in the past, but I always went with what it said in the manual to tension counterclockwise ...I don't know why many people have never read the manual
Hi, great content ive watched the first 2 clips, looking for a project to do next year, not sure what you paid for a bike in this condition. Nowing a little bit more about this 916 would you have bought it again or looked for something that was a bit more cleaner or not so much work to undertake.
Hello David yeh I do get the worst ones 🤔 but a 916 project is always worth it ...I will be selling it sometime when it's all new again I did turn down a 996 in better condition and roadworthy for 5k but with this being a 916 it's worth it all-day long .. it all depends on what your skills are to keep the cost down with a project but do the research beforehand to see what parts are available then its a good starting point...
Wow!! 1st touch of the button!!??😮
Oh yes a good little service and it springs into life
I bought up rated leads for my Pani , made hell of a difference in starting
Brilliant... Yes I made better leads for my 1198 and with a good battery it fired up as quick as an I line four engine
Ive the Jonh Walker leads on my rsv mille. Fantastic upgrade

Make sure you turn the tension pulleys anti clockwise!
Oh yes they shouldn't be turned clockwise at all 👌

You need to employ the missus to do the camera work!😂 then you'll have both hands to work. Keep it going! Nothing like a v twin.
Haha yes it would make things easier 😄
Good job! What are you thinking colour wise? :)
Oooooo it's going to be red with white number boards and gold pinstripe like my old 748 I think
Sounds good! Looking forward to seeing the end result@@PXCMEDIA
Give me part 3 😡😡😂
