- Russian bombers have been attacked at their airfield before they could take off, with reports of massive explosions coming from the Engels airbase. The Russian government has made no official statements about the incident, but large amounts of video evidence prove two large explosions came form the airfield. Meanwhile the Free Russian Army is fighting heavy battles with Russian forces near Kozinka, with video footage showing a crazy blunder by the Russian army. They can’t put SAMs everywhere, they don’t have enough. Not even enough to cover all their Air Force bases

The difference between Russian attacks on Ukraine and Ukraine attacks on Russian targets: Ukrainian civilians run for cover because they know they are the target, Russian civilians stand outside to watch the fireworks show because they know the local military facilities are the targets

The Russian civilians do get bombed , but they get bombed by Russian forces who miss striking the Free Russia Legion fighters inside russia.

Decent is not the word I would use for Russian construction. The Georgians could easily build a better naval port.
@@steakinbacon8593 - They won't have to pay to dig it, and they only have one real port now. It's a hole filled with water. Even Russians can't go too far wrong. If they want' to put any useful part of their fleet there, it will take years to enlarge it enough and they'll never finish it in time anyway.

He reminds me of people when there is a tornado in the area, they just got to come out and watch instead of taking cover. This just shows that Ukraine has been very careful to try not to hurt the civilian population, and only the military targets.
One thing is certain, Russia has even lost air supremacy in its own air space. That, is absurd.

Damage to refineries might be long lasting. They are very complicated and refined oil--gasoline, aviation fuel, etc. are Russia's most profitable exports...and essential for military and civilian economic uses.

You know its a big explosion when it trips all these car alarm's motion sensors.
Look at the flash and then start counting how long it takes for the sound to reach the camera. An explosion loud enough to be heard over that distance isn't a firecracker.

Russians being ridiculed again. I thought they've sunk low, but how low can they actually go. They even haven't got the most basic hangars to keep them out of view. Are they going to move the remaining aircraft to Siberia, or what.
The Siberians want independance, moving them to Siberia might put the aircraft at risk from seperatist attacks.

4:10 The flash you saw was probably an explosion about a mile away from where the camera is located (based on the "5 seconds = 1 mile" rule for determining how far away lightning has struck).

The entire Russian air force isn't crippled. Incompetent they are though.
They are in a very bad position. They don't have any capacity to do the required maintenance. Just flying missions is defeating themselves.

Indeed, combat jets are high performance, high maintenance aircraft.
Things break, and flying regular combat missions place stress on the engines and airframes.
Even the US air force with it's massive budget and supply chains is very limited in the amount of airtime it can give its pilots.
This is the primary reason we hear about the Russians attempting to buy back exported, and often outdated platforms that still have parts supply.
An idea to increase range of aerial drones in the black sea, perhaps.. mount them on naval drones to piggy back them part way! A sort of mini aircraft carrier. 🤔

That second clip was of the second part of the strike, as two explosions went off back to back. In the first part only a single blast went off.
