    Aapki Sarlta aur Sahajta dekhkar vishvaas aata hai ki ham bhi dhyan kar sakte hai..mai bahut baith kar dhyan nahi kar paati hun, par aapka Walking medidation wala video bahut useful raha..

    Q : When does Exercise become Yoga and when does Yoga become Exercise ?

    A : When you are doing any Exercise with awareness and connected with your breath, the Exercise becomes Yoga.
    When you are practicing Yoga without awareness and not connected with your breath, Yoga becomes Exercise.

    ध्यान के व्हिडिओ की लिंक क्या आप दे सकते हैं...एक व्हिडिओ मैने आज सुना..जिसमे 2 विचारों के बीच का आलंबन धीरे धीरे धीरे badhane को कहा गया है..क्या चलते फिरते भी ध्यान कर सकते है..या ध्यान घट जाता है
