It depends, I find they grow perfectly fine without dosing the water. However, if you want them to grow faster then using some sort of liquid fertiliser would be beneficial. Hope this helps 🙏
Yeah absolutely, I use eBay lights on my aquariums and they work perfectly fine. If you’re wanting a higher power light you can also use flood lights. :)

The best way I find is through trial and error. My lights set to about 6-8 hours each day although that does vary for each tank. I’d recommend starting them on 8 hours and if you notice excessive algae growth then dial it back a bit. I hope this helps ☺️🙏

With rhizome plants attached to wood or a rock would the plant get enough nutrients through the water or would you need to fertilise?
