From a message in Ren's UA-cam posts or his Instagram, it sounds like Ren was intending to work with the Bulgarian Choir, probably on the new beat for Sick Boi, but his health setback kept him from flying there. Here is hoping he can make that happen in the future.

UA-cam did speak to Ren even photographed with him and agreed that the strike was invalid. The way youtube has treated reactors since means that it was just a photo opportunity because they didn't listen.
The point that Ren made at the beginning was that Kujo didn't want to pay for the sample, so there was no point in getting a number. He wanted Ren to cover all of it. I sincerely hope that Kujo has learned a lesson with all this, but I'm not holding my breath.

Knox Hill knew how bad Kujo has always been very sad that Ren didn't know before this happened to him. This is going to take along time for Ren to get over this as it would for anyone else.The pain it caused Ren is horrible. No one ever mentions this, but what I think it's a good thing Kujo wasn't paid his publishing, cause it would have been gone. Now when his retro he can pay half to the choir.
We now know some additional things. 1) Ren talked to UA-cam and they agreed that the copyright strike was in bad faith (based on Kujo claiming that he was the songwriter) and YT removed the strike putting SickBoi back online. 2) Kujo has done this before (That's how Ren and Nayz got talking, so now we have Money Ties. 3) KBD drew 23000 people to the premiere and it reached number 15 in the UK charts! 4) the stress of this situation may have encouraged Ren's relapse into illness, so the Renegades will NEVER forget or forgive Kujo.
