finally! out of all the videos about popliteus muscle this is the most visually detailed and explained clearly..thank you so much! now i understand my injury better than before.
HELP please!!! I'm a 65 years lady. Sense 3 years ago after a physiotherapy seance in Denmark, I'm not anymore able to bend my knees (tightness), and I have strong pain and cramps in posterior tight muscles when: - squatting - descending the stairs (I can descend stairs only if i turn my body and do it backwards), but not strait forward like before. - trying to sit in basic yoga position. I have also pain in my hips (especially the whole left hip) and lower back the sacrum + L5-L4-L3 area. I seeked plenty of help without success. Nobody could help me (at least in Denmark). 😰💔 What could be the reason / explanation and especially most important, the REMEDY ???
@@juggswingzero Thank you. I will definetly google. But with quad, you mean quadratus lumborum? A strong tighttenes I feel is deeper: somewhere the meeting / insertion of psoas and diaphragm... I don't know how can I release also the gluteus minor and medius?!
