- This upload is dedicated to the memory of Ryan William Moonlight (1977-2015)
First of all, THIS IS NOT MY RIP!!! Allow me to explain.
If you're at all familiar with underground nu-metal, you've probably heard of Nervepitch, a Canadian band whose music is so incredibly sought-after that some of their work was thought to be completely lost to time. This is especially true for their full-length album "...My Sombre Existence...", which was initially released in January of 2003 but was long forgotten. On April 28th, 2023, over the course of several hours, @infrarain was corresponding with Nervepitch guitarist Julius Sneider on Instagram in an effort to obtain more information about the album. Previously, Julius had flirted with the idea of re-releasing the album on streaming services, but nothing ever came to fruition for years. Well, ladies and gentlemen, Julius was so kind as to not only share these files with Infrarain, but he also gave out download links for the album on his Instagram page, which I will link below. Now, for the first time in 20 years, "My Sombre Existence" is publicly accessible, and can finally be enjoyed in its intended quality.
Be sure to listen to Nervepitch's music on Spotify! All ad revenue and proceeds go towards supporting Ryan Moonlight's family!

I've never been so excited in my life, we finally got Nervepitch FLACs. We literally have been considering this a miracle for years, this album has been lost for over 20, and now it's finally available to everyone. Love and thanks to all of you, thank you Julius, and thank you Nervepitch.
@Infrarain Thank you so much! And for all the great conversation the last day or so! You def helped with me getting the music uploaded :) 💜
Infra lesssss gooooo
Rest In Peace Ryan Moonlight. Your voice will live forever.
What was his cause of death ?? he looked way too young :(
@@gazmaddox6453 I've heard from some people that he died on duty as a fireman. (He was in fact a fireman for a long while) but I've heard conflicting reports saying it was a suicide. I'm not sure but those are the two I've heard. It's sad that he was gone so young.
Yeah it was a suicide :(
@@infrarain That's heartbreaking. It's sad to see people gone too soon. Ryan was extremely talented and I'm sure he was a stand up guy. It's sad that he struggled like that. If only someone reached him.
Came here from Blameitonjorge, this is pretty good ngl. It really sucks this band didn't get bigger, they have one of the best sounds I've heard from this genre. Definitely glad this got uncovered.
RIP Ryan
being a huge fan of both nu- metal and lost media, these are two interests that I never thought would cross lol
Love Ryan's voice in song Seven And Stitches He had heart on a right place that's for sure RIP 🖤🤘🤘🤘
Stitches hit different got me feel nostalgic for some reason
wow i am genuinely sad these guys broke up now. this is some good stuff, can't believe it was lost for over 20 years
This album is fucking beautiful, god DAMN!!!
Came for the mystique of lost media, stayed for the solid album!
Rip Ryan, thx for this masterpiece 🕊️
Reminds me of Disembodied, sounds dope
Honestly this is one of my favorite Nu-Metal bands, it’s sad to hear of the passing of one of the band members ):

Kae if you are up to the challenge can you find the remaining 3 lost johnny hobo demos
"If you aren't doing something that's self-desctructive (then you're just wasting time)"
"Winter in New England (burn motherfucker burn in hell)"
"The end"
Each have lyrics but arent anywhere, these songs have been seemingly lost to time if you find em' cool and thank you it would finally put an end to all of the missing known about pat the bunny songs or most of em at least
Hi there!
I've never heard of this artist or these songs, but that is something I could possibly look into in the future (:
@@kaelascrimsonrarities just some background info so you know where to look
Johnny Hobo and the freight trains was pat the bunny's old 2003-2009 folk punk project before wingnut dishwashers union, ramshackle glory and his s/t group. A reditor and I speculated it could have been for a cut split with frigface thought it would be weird if that were true considering the 3 listed songs have published lyrics showing up on his own website some time in 2004-2005. The recordings are out there beat place to start would be asking his brother Micheal schneeweis but I doubt he'd budge it took ages for the fire hazard demo to be rereleased
DUUUUUUDE I'D ABSOLUTELY LOVE IF THESE WERE FOUND, ESPECIALLY WINTER IN NEW ENGLAND, THAT ONE I'VE ALWAYS IMAGINED HOW IT WOULD SOUND IF IT WAS FOUND
praying someone puts this on vkontakte music 🙏🙏
1 am from brazil
What's the meaning of this album?
where can I find the album to download??

How died Singer Ryan Moonlight anyone knows ??please...
He took his own life :(
@@kaelascrimsonrarities OH my gosh same like Chester Beninngton from Linkin Park that's horrible 😔😒 RIP...🖤🤘
@@LukeGoss-pf9oj sadly it's a pit that a lot of people fall into, and rates are especially high among those working in entertainment or more demanding industries cause they're constantly under pressure to perform well. It's tragic what happened to Ryan, Chester, Chris Cornell and many others, but it's important to carry on the memories of their music 💜🤘
Love the description you added regarding my talk with @infrarain
If it wasn’t for them, it probably would’ve taken longer for me to share the tracks :)
Cheers
Thank you for the music Julius! 🤘
@@kaelascrimsonrarities thank you so much for still enjoying it!!!! :)
@@tattooguy413never really cared for underground nu metal until I came across nerve pitch! Been listening for over two years all because of stitches! Thank you
@@calebtodd. awe, you rock! Glad you’re enjoying the band! There is a LOT of good music out there too from that era :) Hope you find some more to enjoy too!
Stitches is my go-to gym track, absolute gem of a find. Hope life has been good to you, Julius, love from the UK
Never been the biggest Nu Metal fan, but I'll say that this is just as good, if not better than just about anything produced by their contemporaries at the time. This story also makes me kind of sad, considering the number of similar releases put forth by metal bands of earlier decades, that aren't immediately trapped in someone's memory backs, that have undoubtedly been lost to the ages, or even worse, exist as a sole extant copy via an earlier form of media (e.g. record, acetate, 8-track, PlayTape, HDCD, DCC, Etc.) that likely survives in the possession of one of the band members, just sitting in their closet gathering dust, it's owner utterly unaware that a small but dedicated community of metal enthusiasts would kill for it's release. I mean, I even think of my own cassette collection that I used to have as a teenager that had quite a few demo's, self-releases, and compilation albums of local New England metal acts, with stuff dating back to the early 80's. I was born in 1982, but as a thrash metal lover, I used to scour tag sales, thrift stores, and fleas markets in the early 1990's for for ANY metal cassettes, commercially released or otherwise, with many being the sole recordings of a number local acts in the New England area. I also wish I never lost that collection as I went off to college.
