No penalties for crime is not the goal. That is an instrument to achieve something else. Chaos. The w e f their primary slogan is order out of cha os. Your nation has been taken over and your government is implenting w e f policies to deliberately cause massive chaos os. Black people are used as - visible - agents of cha os as policy makers and as boots on the ground ( actual causing chaos). Trough emotions their common sense abilities are being switched off everytime resulting in their own downfall and contributing in massive ways to the downfall of society as a whole. Black people are portrayed to the rest of the world as incompetent and violent and dangerous. The social policies, all of which black people support in great numbers, leads to that. He who controls images controls the mind. The ones behind the policy makers and activist wants this bad image to be presented to the world but black people don't see that.they are used as agents of destruction and to assure the nation remains divided and they contribute to their own downfall and the position they have as a group in society. Stealing someone's car that they had worked for and paid for over a number of years should be punishable with at least 25 years prison time. Not easy to replace a vehicle. Loss of a way to get to work, shop, medical appointments, plus a whole host of complications arise out of that.

On top of that: unless your policy stipulates it or the vehicle is new enough (which that new enough part is state dependent so not universal) you do NOT get replacement value from insurance (IF you have comp coverage). Its treated like a total loss so you get the Actual Cash Value, not replacement. Again, this is assuming you have comp coverage. Someone like me who doesnt gets nothing.

The sad part of this, is that she isn't wrong. If parents took a more active and positive roll in their child's life, instilling actual values into them, we could avoid some of this crime. The flaw in her logic is that when parents fail, it's up to the justice system to step in. These criminals are young and stupid and maybe, just maybe they have a chance to reform. That reform starts with prison time.

I live about an hour from Chicago. The city's crime is absolutely spilling over into rural areas. Groups of criminals from the city will drive out to places that aren't used to the widespread threat of crime, and try to rob places in the dead of night, before any local law enforcement can arrive. They'll drive back up to Chicago, abandon their stolen car, and will avoid being caught because the Chicago police are already so overtasked. And because they're not from our local area, we have no say in how they handle these cases.

A youth (child or baby) is now classified as under 26 in many areas. The policies enacted are demanded from the people, evidenced by the vote. Until the community wants change, nothing will. Blame is far more effective and being a victim (criminal by definition) holds higher status than achievement. The Union of Career Criminals is strong. Give liberals what they want and watch the results. Oregon and legal drug use as an example.

Interesting perspective, are you advocating to increase the age of reason to 30 plus? Studies have found that most by the age of 7 years old have the ability to determine right from wrong and the consequences of those actions. From my perspective, determining that a person is not an adult until 26 and by your consideration late 30's would have profound implications. Inability to make decisions including contracts, medical decisions etc. would need to be altered. The historical age of consent was 18 to be considered an adult. Thank you for your perspective and opinion. @@ILovePancakes24
