Awesome as always! Clip Studio paint have come along way with painting looks, for sure!!
AS always, I can not leave a comment, without a question :p and once again, it is Rebelle related (Because that is what I use most): Why are oils and acrylics grouped up in the same brush set now?
And how do I find the acrylic brushes therein? Because I look and there's no acrylics section. I am guessing it is all about visual settings that makes some of the brushes change into a more acrylic look and feel? And if so, which ones?
I really feel Escape Motion could've done it simpler or am I just over-complicating things.

Yo Ric, thanks so much my friend! Yeah, CLIP Studio is a beast, highly recommended for a variety of styles now!
For the Rebelle oil/acrylic thing, I believe you're correct in that the brush settings are the main outlier in regards to changing to properties between "acrylic" and "oil", with the loading being higher on oils, while the 'flow' stays higher on the acrylic side of things. My guess is they combined the two categories, as each of them share the same general brush categories (flat, filbert, palette knife, etc). I think they've done an okay job putting 'Oil' in the name of the more obvious oil brushes, but I agree, a few of them can be interchangeable. I've approached it more like "what TYPE of brush do I need", then after selecting the brush, make any customizations after the selection. If I make a super-good feeling brush, I usually save out the preset as a new preset and label it "acrylic" or "oil", as needed. This seems to work okay!

Very cool. Is the jump to Version 3 worth it?

Brushes are working better than ever! I'm excited to try the new 'Color Match' feature (where you can import images and a filter processes the photo's gradients and color maps onto the image), as I can see that one being a HUGE benefit that Photoshop had, that now isn't locked behind Adobe!
