You can sneak up the stairs if youre not a guest, or use the elevator. It is so worth it. But honestly, go there one night and stay as a guest. This is my favorite hotel on earth. I stayed there my first time by luck and then I went back for 5 straight years on my birthday. Please go. its absolutely beautiful and amazing. and riverside is a fun little town as well

You must be a hotel guest to have access. Public access is only available around the perimeter, lobby and the restaurant.
