There is a grocery store down. About a 2 blocks from misson inn. Can't remember the name but something like Maxi-store or something like that
The homeless issue is most definitely a massive issue for the very small downtown area. Not only in the business district, but the local housing communities as well.
Lots of good here, but unfortunately, A LOT of of bad as well
Grocery part is misleading. Nearby there is Dmart&Final, Clark’s and Mexi food mart.
Beginning of the video said “the wood streets” yet there were no wood streets in this video. Realtors don’t know the area like its residents do.
You are obviously not familiar with downtown! Having lived in Riverside 35+ years slot of what you've said is wrong and your opinion! Don't make comments without verification.

Couple blocks west is a grocery store. Couple blocks east are fast food places. You are really not doing downtown Riverside justice. Having lived here for 59 years and have seen a lot of people and place come and go. You are missing a lot!

Negative of downtown is paying parking
I worked downtown at the county CAC building for 15 years and lived in Riverside 25 years. The crime is horrible . Just lately had a truck stolen and a travel trailer in one year. If I could get out of here I would. Homeless terrible.
Did you PAY the homeless to hide from your camera??? I'm a courier that goes to Reiverside Community all the time and I don't get ANYTHING to eat in that area to avoid getting harrassed by the homeless. Just sometimes you say? No EVERYTIME!!!!
