Thank you so much Andrew. I woke up this morning so stiff from gardening and had a headache and really tight lower back. The stretches were perfect. I felt my muscles release and heard a few lovely "clicks"! I now feel amazing and my headache is gone. Ready for a beautiful and mindful day. Namaste:)

A little story time...I was doing this with my sister outside and when we got to the bakasana I heard a big thud. She had fallen forward and smacked her face right on the cement chipping her tooth! She's okay, lol we'll just be visiting the dentist after this. Namaste.

Thank you, Andrew, for guiding me through this practice and reminding me to be more aware of my body and the flow of my breath. Specifically, I loved the ease and slow movements of the beginning of the practice- it allowed my body to awaken and be more mindful of the areas of my body that I desire to open and create more mobility. My body needed this! I woke up with a headache and ALMOST practiced a free flow today, but then I noticed it was Andrew leading and I knew I couldn’t skip! Thank you guys, this challenge has been awesome. Can we do this every month?!? Lol 😝

Ooooh this was a good one! I have never done the standing twist with hand on opposite ankle before. How have I been missing that?? Also, can yoga cure hiccups? I had the hiccups and was waiting until they were gone to practice, but eventually ran out of time and got on my mat regardless. 5 or so breaths into the starting balasana and the hiccups were gone!

How do you build strength in your feet to do those hops from side to side? I engaged my core but my foot just collapses :(
