This is probably the best video I've watched! You really broke it down and made it simple in less than 10 minutes, compared to 15-20 minute youtube videos that over complicate shit like this. I am slightly underweight compared to my height which is 6'0. I weigh 153 pounds, so I plan on eating more (because I don't eat enough), and going for some gains. I'm not skinny like a stick, but I don't have much muscle, and there's a lot of potential. Thanks for the video though bro. Definitely the best explanation I've seen.
This is fantastic advice. Been watching for a while, and I've seen the free hand stuff. But do you think it's a lot harder if I don't have a gym nearby and need to do all workouts freehand/without equipment?
Hey bro, what do you do to get your abs? I used to be really skinny weighing 125 lbs I know they are unhealthy but used a mass gainer now a month and half later I’m 148 lbs I had a bit of fat on my stomach but I always have. How could I lose the belly?
Wtf is social anxiety, stop being a bitch and hit the gym. (Sorry if I went a little bit to hard on you, but social anxiety never really made sense to me, people only worry about your insecurities if you do. Just go to the gym, put on your headphones, bump some tunes, hit the weights hard, go home, eat big and rinse and repeat. A 6'3 jacked dude that looks like Thor won't come up to you trying to intimidate you lol. Hope that helps bro)
Fire_2000 that sounds good if its muscle and not fat but still each person puts on weight at a different pace . But it sounds good just imagine 20 pounds of muscle in one yr great man keep it up.
I have a question, whenever i try to eat more cause i'm lifting more at the same time, all the "fat" goes to my belly, letting my arms a little skinny, any tip Andro? Thanks
Ps3Nindo1 that’s your problem. You’re training at home and not at an actual gym where you can lift heavier weights and make progress. Hence why you’re not gaining mass and gaining fat
Yeah I guess, then they would make sure to take 100% advantage of their newbeginner gains. How's your mindset when cutting? I have always lean bulked and never needed to cut. I tried a bigger bulk for fun and I now I find cutting a bit sad because I'm not able to progress in such a speed as during bulk. Which is natural, but unmotivating :( I also found out that protein intake during cutting is higher and more important during a cut to prevent muscle loss. The leaner you get the more protein you need. I cut from 80kg to 70kg (175-155lbs) and atm I'm in that between phase where I don't know whether to continue cutting or lean bulk for a while before doing another cut :/
Yeah lmao... Anyways I got 90 days To mend my ways I'm kind of SKINNYfat as the day stays, Should I 1) train 6 times a week full body every session bulking diet 5-6 meals bodybuilding style 2) lean hybrid muscle by Elliott hulse??
Chris Lazar 6 full body workouts a week is a bad idea if you’re natural, you need time to recover and get stronger. Also, I dont know what the lean hybrid is. Herculean Expansion is my favorite training method
Today I’m going to train my bisexual
😂😂😂😂😂

Omg I’m going to eat 27 cereal a day! No one eats cereal better than me!
lmfao (this is an inside joke from my last video, for those who didn't understand)
Man I really want to get big like you but it’s hard hitting the gym when you have social anxiety :( should I work out at home?
RobQuan no. Just push your comfort zone. Have courage :)
Andro Diaz Thanks 🙏 I’ll try. Pray for me lol

this is beautiful advise hahaha
I want to eat more but I just can’t! My small appetite won’t let me. I eat 200 calories and feel full for hours. Any tips?
Jan Oliver Drink your calories and set alarms on your phone to remind you to eat
I've started seriously working out and eating a lot more and put on 7 lbs in 4 months. Is that a good start or should I do even more?
Fire_2000 that sounds good if its muscle and not fat but still each person puts on weight at a different pace . But it sounds good just imagine 20 pounds of muscle in one yr great man keep it up.
Fire_2000 if you want mass that’s not good you should be getting like 20 lbs in a month, but if your talking about muscle that’s a different story
How old are you
I have a question, whenever i try to eat more cause i'm lifting more at the same time, all the "fat" goes to my belly, letting my arms a little skinny, any tip Andro? Thanks
Ps3Nindo1 don’t eat too much what’s your program like? You lifting hard?
what should i do about waterweight? i drink a lot of water, should i drink some kind of tea? thanks, im an ectomorph
i actually train at home but im lifting hard, more than im did in the gym lol, i dont eat to much, like a normal person, and i drink a lot of water

Hey Diaz im a skinny guy so what should i eat to gain mass and protein?
You should definitely eat food.
Bisexua...biceps I’m gonna train my biceps
Bw × 20 is a bit too much for my taste. I prefer a surplus of 500
Chronos That’s good for staying lean while building, but really skinny guys need a little more
Yeah I guess, then they would make sure to take 100% advantage of their newbeginner gains.

I eat every 7 minutes. I'm getting so fat so I'm thinking to up my eating frequency to every 5 minutes. Snake diet.
Not a tank top ...it's a hoodie? ..
Maybe write that down next time...lol jk
lol I didn't even notice until I was editing the video, but it does come as a tank
Yeah lmao...
Anyways
I got 90 days
To mend my ways
I'm kind of SKINNYfat as the day stays,
Should I
1) train 6 times a week full body every session bulking diet 5-6 meals bodybuilding style

Herculean expansion is your program rite ....I see what you did there .
P.s. is it like starting strength or strong lifts
It's like neither of them. Look up shreddedalpha.com , you'll see exactly what it's about.
Step one: steroids
Step two: done
Geoff dowdall exactly
Andro Diaz yeah ahahah lol
ya your right and nobody can get that much muscular in just 6 month
I like that ! all the BS people make there video to get likes and view that all too much trash talking.
