Yes I’m well aware i beat this game with arrows and most of you wanted to use the master sword. Boss fights aren’t my big focus in games- i play them for story’s and puzzles mainly! Just did what was most fun for me. Enjoy and play the game how you like! The devs made it beatable in many ways for a reason- if it wasn’t meant to be beaten by arrows (or any other way) it wouldn’t be possible. Please be kind to one another here, thanks!

I personally loved the way you defeated Ganondorf. I like seeing different gameplay approaches. I found it hilarious that you found it less difficult than many hardcore gamers I know. Good job!

The dragon fight is easily the best finale sequence in any Zelda game. That shit is INSANE

I was hoping Link would’ve just kissed or hugged Zelda at the end it was a perfect moment for that to happen but Link princess carrying Zelda out of the water was still better than anything we’ve ever got from Zelink so far

Gibdos are invulnerable until struck by an element. Fire, ice, lightning or water.
Technically they aren't invulnerable, just waaaay too little damage.
Dazzle fruits work too
Except
Element effect one at a time unless u use a combo
Dazzle fruit will daze the whole group at once
Them proceed to rocket jump and drop bombs

All gibdos are dead

The game tells you NEVER WALK ON THE GLOOM and then the third phase boss fight is like "go ahead and land on the gloom ;)" lmao

Your scuffle with the mobs outside Ganondorf's room was far more exciting than mine; I took the rogue route and puffshroom/backstabbed everyone I could. 😆

The very first thing we learned to do in the game ends up the being the last also about learning water doesn’t cause fall damage, a true Oraborus

There's SO MANY amazing things that happen in, especially in the second phase of ganondorf fight you missed, such as perfect dodging you and DODGING YOUR FLIPPING FLURRY RUSH. I find the fight more fun to do when I'm not using the bows.
Oh well good thing you can play the game yourself so you can have fun in your own way! :) i had a blast playing the way i played. Been playing Zelda for 30 years…..this ending was SPECIAL
How did they all get up there? How are they all going to get back down?
Gibdos are weak to fire and electricty, so Riju is the natural choice, but any fire or electricity you have works and makes them too easy....which is why Yunobo is also great for steamrolling them. And sadly, you don't get a pass on the Master Sword either, because that IS the narrative element. Zelda gave you that thing...she empowered it for millenia to be used without shattering against Nanners. You'd get a pass in BOTW since it's fairly hidden, but this IS all about the Master Sword and delivers on that story element. Play it again with the sword. Only then will you regain your honor.

The ending was perfect. Rauru and Sonia fulfilling their promise to send Zelda home to Link by helping him change her back via a powered up version of Recall; Link catching Zelda; Zelda talking about the “warm loving embrace” and rambling like a nerd about her experiences in the past; Link and the sages walking up to Zelda the way Link did at the end of BOTW; Zelda finally realizing who she wants to be and what she wants to say. I think it’s so cool that Zelda is basically the main character of the story. 🥰
Bro i felt embarrased when i saw all theese youtubers pass ganon fight almost first try in her case actually first try, but then i thought to my self comparing the way i fought him and all the youtubers do and then i realized it wasnt even cimparable, by just saying this i beat ganon with 3 hearts by the time i got to the fight not a single gloom heal only 8 deffence armor and a regular zonai bow, of course no hard feelings you can beat the fight how ever you want to evenif its just using the bow.😂❤

Es el gameplay más triste que e visto en mucho tiempo y e visto un chorro de weyes con el mismo final,imagínate estar spameando con el arco toooda la pelea para después estarla cagando en una parte que es más una cinemática que se juega sola xD pero bueno,mínimo sus reacciones a las escenas estaban bien pero el gameplay hermano, dios ☠️

BOTW gave us Zelda OGs a mediocre endgame boss fight
TOTK gave us a true adversary💯
This fight takes a lot of skill to parry and perfect dodge
I too chose not to use the bow
I prefer the sword fight
But on my second play thru
I plan to light him up💯

For Future reference (if you decide to re-do this Game) you can use Revali's Bow which is a 38 OP and a x2 arrows.. which will do wonders for attack!!

I’m at a loss for words how beautiful this is. It’s the absolute perfect game, the perfect sequel. The perfect ending.
Idk how on Earth they will ever top this, but to be fair I thought that of breath of the wild and yet they did.

Look, I'm not gonna get on someone's ass for playing a game they want to, especially for a game like TOTK, which is all about player expression. But playing the final boss by running away and then pelting him with arrows is probably the most unfun way to play it by far.

Also, having fun subjective. Arrows have always been an efficient way to play a Zelda game. I play all of my games for the story and puzzles- that is what’s the most fun part to me while playing a game. I hope you enjoyed your own playthrough of TOTK! It was an incredible game with an amazing ending.

I’m not good at games, I’ll say that much. I never consider myself a good gamer, i just have fun with them. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with playing games regardless if you’ve got “good” gameplay or not.

Well it was lame i agree, i mean make all the way to the boss and just spam arrow? it's boring, this boss is so much fun fight him sword against sword becouse is basicly a mirror of link (one hand sword, spear, double hand weapon) and he can flurry rush, you can also deflect his energetic attack etc... ofc everyone is free to play the game the way they prefer, but still i can also think that this is was the lamest way to approch this epic fight.
