[100 SUB SPECIAL] Unnerfed Africa Circles with Frame Perfects Counter // Top 1

This is a showcase of Africa Circles by LinearGD with a 60hz/120hz frame perfect counter. To count frame perfects, I used the frame stepper feature on megahack v7.1 to determine which clicks are only possible to pass on 1 frame on 60 and 120 frames per second. Please note that it's impossible to be 100% accurate on this, though, considering that there are multiple places in the level that, depending on how you enter them, are able to shift frames. These include portals (especially speed portals), D-blocks, and more.
This especially applies here, as there are several places where entering a speed portal at a certain time permanently shifts frame alignment, meaning that some of these frame perfects will be different. However, I tried to make this as accurate as possible, counting only the inputs that are frame perfect the majority of the time. Not even this level has more 60 fps frame perfects than Tidal Wave.
Also I hope for an updated Rare fp counter. I suggest not even doing 60 fps frame perfects for it since practically every click is a 120 fps frame perfect. just go straight to 120 and also do 240 (also I did find a 720 fps frame perfect bc I could not pass a click at 240, 360, or even 480
