Fantastic!! My 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road, looks just like yours, same color. I got a 3 inch lift with the larger wheels and tires. Also a K&N air filtration system. Love it. I'm overlanding where I live ( Arizona ) as often as I can. Keep the adventures coming!!

Awesome snoverland trip video! How are your TRD Pro rims holding up through the elements? Do they get scratched up easily?

Taco Trek Haha, thank you! Holding up fine, but I have scratched them up and taken a few chips out here and there. I don’t know enough to say they scratch “easy” compared to others, but I will say the style makes the surface less protected compared to a true offroad rim.

When did 4wheeling or off roading become overlanding, and why?

For the first year of I definitely held on to the “off-road” label, it was simple and I thought it made perfect sense. But social media has blown all of these styles of off road travel into something that is getting a lot more exposure. So In my opinion, Overland was born out of an attempt to better describe what we do with more specificity to those on the outside. So “Overland” is generally a style of travel that is more self reliant, vehicle based travel for extended periods of time

Sweet footage, were you guys around Bishop? Our family has a mine on our property in Inyo County at 5k ft on the Eastern side. Very close to Convict Lake.... some really good wheeling. If you’re in that neck of the woods come spring be more than happy too host a trip.
