How to install AVA Kontakt instruments? Installation guide

Only "locate" available, no "install" button... Just bought a product please can you help me ? Or is there a video you did to fix this ?

Hi there,
This is most likely a Native Access error. You should see an “install” button and not a “locate” button.
Please try to refresh your native access by clicking the icon on the top right. Also try closing the app and relaunching.
Also if you’re not on Native Access 3.0 I’d suggest to download it here : www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
If that does not work I’ve cc’d Native Instrument support so they can help you fix this.
