I had the same problem with it not flying forward in the beginning but it was very easily corrected by adjusting the pitch of the rotors with the little arrows underneath the control sticks
You are exactly right Nick....this little helicopter is a real challenge ; very difficult to fly. Just think, I gave one of these as a present to my 9 years old daughter, who everyone at home consider to be a very bright, smart girl. In less than a week, the thing broke ,after she crashed it many times. I thought she wasn't following the supplied instructions sheet. She was so sad when she show it to me with the main propeller support plastic part broken. I'm a very kind dad, so I did'n blame her or yell at her. Later on, I bought another one and try to fly it myself ...until I realized the remote control realky doesn't help much. It is not precise at all. I followed carefully the instructions on how to fly it and realized the control sticks on the remote, don'r do much. The manufacturer should redesign the control. Thanks for the video. "Skilled pilot" is debatable. Practice more and your "skill" might improve. This is the first chopper i have ever flown and after a few sessions that looked similair to yours i got the hang of it and can maneuver it steadily. Smaller commands of the sticks and less panicky reactions is a big help. I think this is a great first chopper to learn on given the price. And when you go a nicer one it will probably be easier to fly as this 20.dollar flyer is what it is for a 20 dollar rtf package.
Mine had no problem going forward or backward problem for me was the tail rotor prop is missing half of its prop still flies but very challenging in terms of forward pitch. Cool little helicopter puts of a ton of wind beware of that makes a nice fan if you as me well until the charge wares off
As a beginner I would recommend syma helicopter these helicopters are a little difficult if you not sure what your doing while syma helicopters have altitude control very user friendly
I have this copter also. If you still have the instructions, check out what it says about the speed and trim adjustments. The little arrow button under the left/throttle set low speed/high speed (and I'd recommend low speed to start any flight). The red arrow button under the right/yaw & pitch lever adjusts trim and you just have to fiddle with it to get the heli to fly smoothly. ALSO NOTE: those adjustments only last thru that flight. For $20, you can't expect the transmitter to save any of your changes 😢
This is the easiest helicopter to fly it has a pressure sensitive spring loaded throttle. And you push forward on the right control to go forward and back to go backward. Left control is for controlling height By far the easiest mini cooter I have had and I buy a lot of these
@@SoulLexx sorry you can’t operate a Childrens toy I’m Actually playing with mine as we speak with my children. Would U like for me to make a tutorial?
Once I adjusted the pitch on mine which is the exact same helicopter I was flying that Lil sun of a beach throughout my small house without 9/11ing every 45 seconds lol
😂Right when I grabbed the controller I then realized how it works. It's a skill level copter.. It will move forward on its own so you only need to use right left backward 😅😅😅😅have fun
That happens o me because when I tried it when I first got it it didn't have the problem. When I wanted to use it again it have the problem. So I charged it to full then the problem was gone
Bro, I was outside trying this thing, IT STARTED FLYING UP FLEW ABOUT 30 FEET OVER AND ABOUT 20-30 FEET HIGH IT DROPPED LIKE A ROCK *in the grass * nothing happened, perfectly fine
I crashed my sons like 20 times 😂 one of the hardest for me is to fly and Hoover in one spot. Also no soft landing as soon as I go down it comes down and crash hard! 😂 smh 🤦🏻♂️
I had issues at first, also. Once you've turned BOTH the transmitter and heli on, their lights should blink slowly. Push the left/throttle on the transmitter up and then let it go (should spring back to zero throttle). If the heli and transmitter lights hold on steady, you're ready to fly 👍

Question, what arrows do I press?
@@CMG02 the arrows under the right thumb stick adjust the trim rotation left or right u want the copter to not rotate at all
Mine keeps going forward and to the right lol
Thanks!! Bozo in the video didn’t care to share that!
One thing to note: since this is a toy and VERY cheap transmitter, you'll have to adjust that trim EVERY flight 😉
Ours left! Flew it a couple of times and then it decided to leave. Flew so high out of range that we lost it.

I just seen a video of a more experienced person and it was fast for 20
He was really good at it the other person
That is not how to fly it you need to adjust the pitch on the controller underneath the sticks.
Agree. Santa got this for my son & it’s been nothing but crashes. I find it interesting that it can’t be flown outside.
We flew ours outside
Trust me guys it not bad u just have to get the hang of it

I’m pretty sure the box comes with replacement blades, check the original box closely
The problem with mine is that it dosnt even fly at all lol
So you might not be putting enough force on the lift stick or the controller and helicopter aren’t connected

This is a really cool copter, my son loves it. Is there a way to calibrate? It goes up n takes off left, on itself.

Truly for 20 you can't find a better experience with a rc heli.
