This is a beautiful song and Freddie sings it so well. The sound you are trying to describe I call a squeeze because when I am singing a note that is at the top of my range, I feel like I literly have to squeeze my vocal cords tight to get there. Another trick is to mentally press your feet into the floor and for some reason, it helps you get that little something extra when reaching for that note. Freddie really does reach for those top notes and sometimes I think the only reason he hits them is because he honestly believes he can. Freddie seemed not to be afraid to get a little squeek or screech when he did go for it. Trul, we are human (yes even Freddie) and we all have human limitations. It is always okay to reach a little further and find a personal best and Freddie never seemed to shy away from that.
