Although I damaged the chip during removal, but it will help you see its close up and avoid the mistake that I did

No screwdrivers,etc. Use a Dremel with a round disc heavy grit once you’ve removed the chip with plastic border remaining. Gradually grind the plastic down from behind until you can see the metal back of the chip. Use silicone sealant to secure chip on new filter in correct spot. Never pry!

if the filter is no good cut around the radius of the filter including the chip and use packing tape to tape the chip to the new filter why get so close to the chip that you're afraid to damaging it cut out the whole filter container

Do you think a heat gun on low power would work?

Not sure, heat may damage the electronics, but no harm in trying.

Use a heat gun on low and increase if needed, but be patient and careful until you learn the best temperature to remove without damaging it. Just make sure aligning the chip on the new filter where it was on the back of the old filter. Use a sharpie to date filter and a alert on your phone to change filter in six months. I don’t believe it will reset reminder with new generic filter even with chip. It will filter though.
