'Those Strikes Cost More Than Pay Packages' Jonathan Lis vs Jo-Anne Nadler

  • Jeremy Kyle places himself between two politcal commentators from opposing sides of the aisle; Jonathan Lis and Jo-Anne Nadler.
The main point of discussion is the staggering new poll that claims 52% of people in Britain believe the country is going in the wrong direction.
Jonathan says he's surprised at the figure, saying that in his opinion, Labour haven't done that badly. Jo-Anne responds by saying that Starmer's cabinet is a 'very left-wing government' that allows unions to hold the rest of the economy to ransom.
However, Jonathan makes the point that ultimately, the pay deals cost less that the trouble caused by the strikes.

You can see Jonathan Lis blinking uncontrollably and gurning as someone (validly) laces into his beloved Labour. It's gold. The man is an absolute drone imo.

If Starmer had set out his manifesto to the electorate, he would not now be in number 10, he actually didn't need to because the Cons were always going to lose. That to me was a sly move, and sly is what i see now in government.

I run a small business employing staff. I'm now seriously considering closing the business down. The backbone of this countries economy should be helping small business grow and provide employment so others can better their lives. This current government looks like it's going back to the 70's! Who in their right mind is going to invest in this country. It's going to lead to high taxes and unemployment on a scale we have never seen before!

I would and many more would join you. According to the left, it is a human right to claim asylum, so I wonder if we could on that basis, could we all claim asylum in Canada, Australia and New Zealand with all the benefits to avoid the authoritarian labour dictatorship under Starmer, were you can be arrested and imprisoned for protesting and making comments on social media. Yes, if you were rioting or inciting others to violence then you deserve some form of punishment, but apparently that rule only applies to those criticising the government and those deemed Far Right by our benevolent dictator (I am seeking to avoid a re-education camp!!!).

Are the tax payers going to pay for this, if we are why should we. Train drivers already had good wages, the lower paid workers needed better pay but if taxes pay for it then the train companies need to cover this. Stop paying the foreign investors massive bonuses and use that to pay more
