Having worked in about 5 different high end, custom shops it definitely shows what a great crew you guys have. Thanks for the tour and video. Besides the fact we are cold-molded glass and you guys are welded aluminum I recognize every character and personality in the shop.

I am from Italy and here aluminium boats are really rare to see, instead I see a lot of boat builders from USA or Canada that use aluminium. Why do you think this happens? Is it a culture matter or a fact of lower procurement price in America for the row material? Or else?
Aluminium is stronger than fiberglass, and lighter. But grandpa wood boat can catch all the sea urchins

Every companies wet dream in the United States is to land the US Fed, State or any Local Gov as a client. It’s like striking a gold vein. I owned my Telecom company for around BP 16 years and my local Gov accounts were a dream. You can spit any number at them and if they like you or want your specific product BAM it’s a quick sale. Yeah they may get other quotes but it’s only for CYA.
I would be interested in purchasing some of those foam fiberglass bags. Are those available for sale? I’m restoring a boat and this to me make the most sense. I’ve been holding back from finishing the floor due to not wanting to pour foam. Thanks.

for a 43 minute video, i learned next to nothing about the boats or the tech. what i did learn could have been done in a five minute video. i do not care that they know the hull numbers, let it go man.
Scott these videos are not meant to teach anything they're meant to show an introduction to a company or its brand. If I showed the procedures and process of building a boat it'll take 20 hours and nobody will watch that video. @@AlfredMontaner The main part of the "brand" of the company is their use of aluminum etc, and why it is better than the alternative material/method. I know they know the hull numbers by heart, but I have no idea why what they do is better or different. Which I would think is the purpose of their participation with you - exposure and branding. @@scottstewart5784 also they are just capitalizing on SAFE Boats internationals success in the government market. The owner of Life Proof was the founder of SAFE boats. they are building more recreational boats a few police boats when SAFE builds 80 to 100 boats a year. they are able to be more custom.
