- After securing a qualifying time for the Scottish Championships I began my prep straight a way lifting after my last comp to build up some fatigue to unload from and balancing the line of not doing too much and getting injured. Building on the momentum of finally going under 7.1 again I was ready to go even quicker and put it all on the line. Estimating I'm in sub 11 form right now with some more prep to come for outdoors so things are boding well so far. Ready to make a push for the olympic trials qualify mark so next few months gotta really focus on high quality outputs and transitioning my indoor speed to outdoors with some longer sprints :D

Nice vid, why does the freelap show 4.00 and 3.92 when you ran a 4.04??
3.92 from when the hadn't leave the pad and its not always accurate even with that 4.04 if my video timing with no rt :)
@@camyjumpsthank for the reply! Sorry I'm a bit confused, are you saying those times don't count? If the freelap recorded them as that why wouldn't they count?
how did u create ur sprint program
I didn't;t I got a coach :D
I definitely feel your pain with that 7.00. In my last two years of HS I ran cross country and I wanted to break 22 on my school's home course. It wasn't a full 5k about 4.75, but on my last race ever I got 22 flat. Never had another chance to do it, now I put all my eggs in the Type 2 muscle fibers basket 😂
yeah it sucked so bad if I just did one thing different could had 6.99 or something 😭
Hey, great video. How would you recommend going back to sprinting after pulling hamstring?
Slowly work up to higher speeds and gauge your pain
I mean... he pulled a hamstring like 3 times already
pretty much :)
more than that 😭
