  • Very patchy training but making the most of what I can feel like it's been a struggle to improve on the areas I wanna but more maintained the qualities rather than actually upping my ceiling. I think now I will mainly benefit from doing longer sprint reps and continuing to push Max velocity as the first 30m is still my strong suit based off the reps. Going to be quite aggressive with high quality competitions early season to make sure I'm ready to run fast come later in the year for northern Irish championships! New target is a Sub 11 100m by end of May as I've never been that fast in May!

Could you make a video helping technique on more technically demanding lifts? Such as power cleans, snatches etc?

      Freelap timer it’s a system

With freelap particularly on the accels. I think the times are off, because when pro athletes are timed racing, their chest is being used to take the measurement and it is in front of the hip (where the freelap chip is) so you lose 0.05 maybe a 10th depending how lent over you are at the 20m 30m mark. My son has been running 4.2`s with RT on freelap best 4.14 sometimes 4.4.
At the weekend he ran 10.71 in the 100m (his 60m pb is 6.99) He has a poor start but excellent top speed.

10.71 is moving, wish my top speed was better just need to really focus on it this year. I think in general the freelap isn’t amazingly accurate I always get times that are off I ran a 4.12 with the e starter but I doubt my reaction was perfect as the video time would suggest. I just like freelap for an idea during the session of how I’m doing!

Question 2 : have you ever made money in any event. How much?
I know this is personal type question but at least will be great motivation for Me cause im qlso athlete around 10.6
And Thanks For The Great Information ♥️♥️♥️

Yes people on track don’t get paid well I’ve never made Money directly from track but in a funny sort of indirect way I’ve made money from being an athlete not crazy amounts but some you won’t get paid till probs like 10.1 or lower sub 10 is really the magic number and even then most will get peanuts

It’s vmaxpro you gotta have the system for it not a bad price good investment into training I like to invest in training equipment instead of going out and drinking!
