Against the Vikings, everything was just a little bit off. Pass protection, one or two decisions by Purdy, D-Line, play calling, Special Teams, just not quite at a 100%, but far from bad. Niners still had the no. 1 offense and defense after week 2, if I'm not mistaken. If it weren't for a near 100-yard touchdown pass and a blocked punt, two freak plays that virtually never happen against the Niners, we would be talking how dominant they are. I'm optimistic and I don't trust perfect seasons anyways, better to struggle early on and get into that fighting mentality.
Purdy will play very well but the haters will say it’s bc it’s against a depleted Rams team. No matter what the kid does they’ll keep moving the goalposts.
The loss at Minnesota was probably predictable. A long trip on a short week. An early start on a field that get's 49er players hurt every time we play there. I thought they looked lethargic in Minnesota. And they came home with fresh injuries. I expect the energy this week will be better. I'm always hoping and expecting Jennings to make an impact. I've never understood why 15 has been so situational....Because the 49ers sure are in a situation now.
Don’t forget BA would have better numbers of Brock doesn’t miss him open in the end zone. As well on several passes Brock didn’t receive the ball when he had him open on sacks he held on the ball too long on. Two things can be true. Brock was indecisive much not understanding what he was seeing at time from Flores scheme. Nevertheless, it’s football and it happens we have a lot of ball to play but something to fix. 3rd down efficiency on both sides on the ball has to drastically improve as well.
I found the game quite dull, and regarding Aaron Rodgers, somewhat unremarkable. However, he has a keen ability to read defenses and effortlessly navigate the field of play. Go Niners!
That one rush attempt Gurendo had last week was so awkward. He seemed so lost and hesitant. I said to myself after that rush, he probably won't get many more.
Its about reps, the more he gets the more solid he will look. Remember he is only a Rookie, he had a great punt return in preseason. Hopefully he improves.
It's happening again after 1st chiefs SB lost next season was a bad one for injury same again this year injury after injury we be lucky to get a wild card

yeah I expected to loose that game, what I didn't was the injury's if only Ricky hadn't got fricken SHOT! He'd be out there this week!
I think we were tired, short week, finished a brutally physical game. PROTECTION FOR
MVPURDY
NINER STRONG 💪

49ers defense should limit the Rams to maybe 10 to 13 points,
