  • I've reviewed a lot of motorcycles over the years and there are some I just wouldn't buy and today I'll show you 7 of those motorcycles that I never connected with for one reason or another.

    I am on my third Goldwing and I understand that a man who likes V-twins will not like a Wing. But I ride them because I like the performance, handling, and reliability. The Wings are really better for shorter people and I do have highway pegs but rarely use them. Feet forward does not suit me because of lower back issues. I like all the styling cues and the features including the Air Bag for the top of the line because it is a life saver. No other motorcycle has this safety item. I have 118 hp, 125 lb ft of torgue all stock I dont have to spend thousands just to get normal performance.

      Here is another feature of the Goldwing that is often over looked, they handle like a sport bike. Sure they are a heavy touring bike but they can carve corners with frightening ease.

      I was drooling over a 2014 Valky and a 2018 wing B. Due to an old injury, I cannot bend the left knee enough to comfortably work the controls. 😢 I'm stuck with V twins because of this. Right now I love my 2017 Fury. That's why they make all sorts of configs, thankfully.

      My dad swears by Goldwings. Excellent motor, good performance and can crush miles. Even he admits it’s boring, so he also has a CVO RK for the times he needs to feel the ride. He’s had both, Goldwings and HD’s, my entire life, so I learned to ride on them myself.

    I’ve been pushing Harley Ultras around for about 25 years. My present ride is a 2012FLHTK Stage II. I rode a 21 Goldwing Tour DCT and with a set of highway pegs, I can’t get this bike out of my mind. It was definitely the best Touring Bike I’ve ever ridden. It just may be my next, and last bike, as I’m turning 73 in a few months.

      Yeah riding that DCT can be a huge mistake if you like your current bike. I test rode one a few weeks ago and came very close to signing papers for a trade. The only thing that stopped me was the poor amount money they wanted to give me for my trade in. That DCT is wonderful.

      73 is tough for a top heavy HD. The Goldwing’s low set motor and the ergos are better suited for some..

    I have a 2021 GW DCT. It's the nicest bike I've ever owned. I've put 50K miles on her in a year and a half.

    OK, thanks for that piece of wisdom.
    BTW, the Honda DCT is a marvel of technology. You can shift up and down all day long, or just let the bike do it in 3 different riding modes.
    "I really want a clutch in stop and go traffic" Said no one ever.

    I own a Harley Ultra Limited and a Goldwing. I think the feet forward ride is an American cruiser thing. Most bikes aren't that way and for good reason. You have much more control of the bike with your feet under you than you do with your feet forward. I rode my Goldwing from coast to coast and back without highway pegs. It was extremely comfortable. I had my doubts when I bought it, because I've been a Harley guy for years, but I can absolutely ride longer and harder on my Goldwing.

    I am becoming an Indian guy! I liked your video and it was interesting to hear your view. What made me laugh is your view of the traditional style Roadmaster and how it was over the top to you. But that is why I am actively looking for one right now. I love the looks. I don't want the Limited specifically because I want that old-style traditional front fender. I love the look of the bags. I wouldn't mind a dark horse, but it would have to be the traditional styling. Every time I see the traditional style Roadmaster, I stop and stare! Ooooh, Aaaaha...

      They still make them. Every model year still has the traditional fairing roadmaster.

      Agreed. I'm on a 2017 Roadmaster with the willow green & cream factory paint scheme. Everywhere I go, riders and non-riders alike gravitate to my bike over most anyone else I may be riding with. It's a rock star, I'm just the roadie that gets it from show to show.
      That said, I liked most of this review. I was expecting more regarding performance &/or reliability but aesthetics are a reasonable criticism (although a bit vapid).

    I have two DCT’s, Africa Twin and a Goldwing, however I just got a Triumph T120 and realize that I miss shifting quite a bit. Honda did a great thing by accommodating many riders who would otherwise not be able to ride by producing the DCT line of bikes. I’m kind of paying attention to size and weight now, and planning my move to smaller lighter bikes. HD and Indian are to expensive for me these days as priorities change for me. I’ll keep riding, just with a different style.

      I know what you mean about needing to change because of the weight. I've got bad knees so I added a Goldwing trike. I llose the leaning into turns but keep riding ,the comfort,and style.

    Fantastic video man. I now own a 2008 GL1800. I got it for long range riding. I'm able to do 1000 miles a day when I want to. Had to put hiway pegs on it for long range. I always loved my Ultra just seemed to be under powered for what it was. Again fantastic video man.

    I love most motorcycles but I see your points.
    I ride a Honda VTX 1800 but I'm usually shopping for something else to add to the stable.
    At 52, my back probably isn't up to a super sport riding position anymore. Although, once into the triple digits, the dopamine is an adequate replacement for opioids.
    I'll probably end up with a Kawasaki Concours 14 for faster long trips. A KLR or ADV for a little fun on the fire roads. Probably another cruiser or two.
    I'd rather have a small arsenal of different bikes than to drop the cash on buying something new and expensive.

      Good choice..I have both bikes...very powerful both and fast!! I love them equal !! I have my VTX 1800 since 2003..and my Kawasaki concurs 14 since 9 years ago !!❤❤

    I traded in my Electraglide Standard for the new style of Goldwing (non-tour) with DCT. There was a period of adjustment where I was grabbing for the clutch and my foot was always going for the shifter just out of muscle memory. The fixed fairing was also initially disorienting as it didn't turn with the bike as I had been used to for so long. However I now love the Goldwing and would want nothing else. It has great power and with that flat six and the gas tank sitting so low the center of gravity allows me to ride this 800+ pound bike around like a sport bike. The pegs do not bother me as my preferred riding position is sitting straight up and my feet slightly behind my knees. I have done 600 mile days in relative comfort. I don't even think about other bikes now because it's not even possible that I could like another bike as much.

    Some day I would like to get a Harley. But I am extremely satisfied with my 2003 Yamaha XVS 1100 Classic. It’s extremely comfortable, very good on fuel and low maintenance. Really enjoy your videos.

      Yamaha's old v motor was great. I love my virago. Nimble for a cruiser bike, good on gas, low maintenance.

    Been a Harley guy for longer than I care to admit. I currently have a '22 Road Glide Limited, a '13 Wide Glide and a '59 panhead. I once asked a sport bike guy at Daytona Bike Week if he wanted to race my Road Glide. He looked at me curiously but then I said, "first one to CA wins!"

    Goldwing rider here (GL1800 & F6B).
    I agree with the leg position point. That's my ONE draw back. But for me all the other pros outweigh that one con. I use my highwaypegs and cruise state to state 😊

    I'm a young at heart 74 year old guy. My first of 4 Harleys was a new 2008 Electra Glide Classic. I also like the Harley Road King base that they discontinued, as well as the Indian Springfield and the Indian Chieftan, both with the slender front fender. I prefer chrome to blacked-out finishes on all my bikes. I've also owned a Yamaha Road Star, which sorta resembles a Fat Bob, and a Star Tour Deluxe with a V-4 and Rinehart pipes that sounded a little like a V-8. It had a speedometer that looked like it came out of a '61 Plymouth! Look it up. Stay safe and rubber side down.

    Great review! I think you and me see eye to eye on just about everything. Only thing I’m still curious about is the Honda Goldwing. I’ve not ridden one yet. I currently own a 2014 ultra limited and love the comfort but hate the reliability and the constant need to upgrade everything. It’s unreal that a bike that cost so much money has so many cheap parts in it.

    I love my 21 FLHX,, i did a stage II,, it runs great, and is very comfortable,,, but (and I can’t explain why), the Road Glide is calling me!lol maybe next year,,, hats off to everyone on 2 wheels,, no matter what Brand/style it is🏍️

    I ride a 2015 red over super steel Victory Magnum, I do have a tour pack but like you said I hate how ugly it is, luckily it's super easy to attach and detach so whenever I need it I can put it on.
    I love my bike and I like how it looks, feels and run and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

    Thanks for the great review, nearly subscribed. I could fall in love with most of the bikes you reviewed with exception to the full fendered Indian, and I am not a gold wing man, and maybe I’m influenced by the demise of the traditional sportster, and therefore I am biased against the new sportster regardless of that wonderful power plant. (I have an Octane, similar but vastly different, not that that makes any sense). I am done with sportbikes (I’m older) but some are so gorgeous & capable like that CBR. I love the simplicity of older Harleys. Adventure bikes are incredible also. I look forward to seeing some of your other videos, and the coming of spring time here in PA.

    I now ride a 2023 Harley Tri-Glide. I had a 2002 Goldwing and a 2003 Honda VTX1800. I bought both new. I just sold both of the Hondas. The Goldwing has been the best bike I have ever owned and I have been riding for over 50 years. If I didn't have cancer treatments, I would have kept the 2 wheelers. The biggest problem with the Harley is that they don't warranty anything, and the quality control isn't as good as Honda.

    I bought a 2014 HD Fat Bob brand new when I retired. Many people hate the aesthetics of that bike but since I got a great price for it (year end sale) about 3K off list, plus a $1K voucher (store only) that paid for my helmet, and leather jacket, plus they threw in 5 Tee shirts and a cup of coffee! lol
    I love the bike and I've recently put several accessories n her.
    I'm used to the twin headlights and rear tail lights so it's no big deal to me, yeah, kind of futuristic, but unique.

    Well, you know what they say about opinions... I personally dislike the Road Glide / frame-mounted fairing motorcycles, especially the Harley made ones. They have always looked tacked-on to me, like an after-thought. At least with the Goldwings, they are designed specifically around the front fairing. To me, the best-looking Harley is the Road King, not the special but the base model dripping in chrome, which of course, they no longer make. The Road King is a pure motorcycle without tacked-on plastic. All blacked-out bikes to me look like someone can't afford chrome, so they spray-paint the bike rather than having it chrome plated. Then again, I'm an old school biker that usually keeps his opinions to himself.

    I agree with your comment about the tour packs on Indian (now that you bring it to my attention). However I do have to disagree with the roadmaster, that old school 50's style with the fender is what draws me in. If they still made that vintage in DARKHORSE I'd be all over it.

      Same here! I have a 2016 Chieftain and that old school fender is a classic design that no other bike has. I have an aftermarket trunk from PPI which is basically a Advanblack look alike. It easily holds two helmets and looks pretty good.

    Well I like the Goldwing always wanted one. Thou rode a Kow XII for a long time then a 750 cc for a bit. Now I am on a Harley Fat Boy. I am all over the place I know. ;) Thank you for the review.

    Talking about the Low Rider ST's foot positioning, as someone who's over 6 feet tall, I sat on one at my local dealership and while the bike wasn't bad overall, the mid control position just wasn't anywhere close to comfortable and I don't know if the relocation availability is enough of a compromise for me to buy one.

    Good opinion video.
    I have a 2015 Goldwing F6B and a 2020 Indian Challenger.
    2 similar yet different bikes.
    I can go cross country on both at the drop of a hat and be comfortable. The Honda is like a sportbike cruiser and the Challenger is a power cruiser. I have the OEM trunk on the Challenger and i fit 2 medium full face helmets no problem.

      I had a 2015 roadmaster and my wife and i never had a problem getting our helmets in the trunk. I guess I could see it as an issue if both helmets or XL or XXL.

    I owned and rode Harleys 20 years before I got my DCT Tour Wing, and I would give away the Softail and Road King I still own before I sold my Wing.

    The Harley Revolution Max engine is simply a V-Rod engine with a plastic cover on the outside. The V-Rod engine is the best Harley engine ever made, and is a fantastic overall engine.

    I test rode a Sportster S, and a Harley Davidson Live Wire at Sturgis a couple of years ago. I could not get off of either of those bikes quick enough. Both felt like sport bikes, and the Sportster S had cheesy controls, and the transmission shifted like it had rocks in the gearbox instead of oil.
    The Live Wire was absolutely dead silent quiet. No thanks, I want my bikes to make some noise, and have some soul.

    Great video. I have a 2022 Pan America Special. I’m thinking about trading it in for the Ducati Multi Strata Rally. I also like the BMW RT1250.

    i test rode the Indian Pursuit at a few bike weeks/demo events; while it did feel like there was quality to the build, I felt like it was just missing something that would make a motorcycle special. It just didn't do it for me.

    Im 38 and have a road king for my daily ride, but I just bought an ultra classic to clean up and make a few bucks on. I never thought I would enjoy the ultra but it has me looking at motorcycles differently now. Damn the aesthetics it’s a nice ride. I’m looking at goldwings a lot differently now too

    I ride a 2019 Road Glide Special, which I love, however I decided to test ride both a Challenger and new Gold Wing. Both had the same issue for me, I felt I was perched on them, not a part of them like I do on my Harley. The GW especially was so impersonable, I felt totally detached from it.... believe me I so wanted to like that bike but the riding position and those stupid clamshell bags will always keep me away... plus you cannot change the bars except for a little bracket that changes the originals position slightly

    I have a built road glide special and I was really looking forward to taking out the Lowrider ST. And I didn’t like it at all. My knees are up over my stomach and the thing vibrated a lot more than the Road Glide

    I like my Indian FTR Rally. The pro taper bars, plus I made some bar risers so I'm sitting straight up and not in a crotch rocket position. The Sport Chief looks good, but with its lousy lean angle I couldn't own one. I live in the western NC mountains and need good lean angle for the twisties.

    Definitely with you on the sports bikes. Never could take that riding position.
    The Low Rider ST is a Harley redo. It was originally called a Nova. Most people are unaware of the Nova being brought back with a new name. I'm also with you on the clamshell bags.
    Never was a fan of the Goldwing. The seating position sucks.
    The Sportster from the 70s, while wildly unreliable, was a nice-looking bike to me. Raked front end and buckhorn bars, yeah, baby.
    As far as the Fat Bob, I'm not a bobber guy. Give me a Fat Boy instead.
    Now, to my disagreement with you. I was ready to buy the Roadmaster with the big fender and all of the chrome. For me, the nostalgic look was why I was interested.
    Fortunately, the Pursuit came to me at just the right time. The thing about the Pursuit is that the trunk is quick release, unlike the Harley, which requires a quick release kit. Take it off whenever you want. My intention was to keep it off most of the time, but as it turns out , I really like it. The lowers however, will be coming off next summer. 3 bolts on each side, and they're off.

    it's hard for me to justify buying anything EXCEPT Honda Valkyrie 1998-2002. If I could have more than 1 bike, then of course, but right now I can really only have 1 bike, so I need an affordable, reliable, big bike that I can comfortably take across country, but also be comfortable commuting through heavy traffic every day. I need to be able to carry things from time to time, and be able to occasionally carry my wife. I prefer riding to working on bikes, so that eliminates most Harleys that I could afford. I like power and speed to be available when I want it. I like to have multiple riding positions on the same bike. The Valkyrie checks all these boxes. I've cross states on the passenger seat. If I'm in the main saddle, I can put my feet on the passenger pegs and that puts me in a sport bike like position. I can lay back and use the highway pegs (just be careful not to fall asleep). I can stand up on the mid-pegs when going over rough obstacles. And I can put 300,000 - 400,000 miles on one. (not that I've put that many, but I know the bike can handle it). it's nimble enough to have fun on the tail of the dragon, scraping pegs whenever I want, but no need to scrape to make tight turns. I can do tight figure 8's all day long on a 2 lane neighborhood road. I can carry groceries in the saddlebags, and pack overnight gear, tire inflator, tools, etc. Where else can you get all that for under $5K? Top speed roughly 130, unmodified. Hell you can even put a car tire on it if you really want to save money. I've done that too, before, and it works really well. Smooth, quick, nimble, fast, affordable, great support community, parts are available. I just can't see anything else doing all of that.

    More comment on the GL1800 foot pegs. I put HWY pegs on mine, but find I don't use them much. On long trips, putting your feet underneath you forces you to sit up. You will last much longer with your feet underneath you, as it lifts some weight off your butt. Even though it feels uncomfortable, it forces a seating position that helps your back.
    The negative things about the bike is slow speed handling is very difficult. Compared to the 1200, the weight is just a touch too high. The wheelbase was also lengthened, which hurts the slow speed handling as well. Lastly, if you the bike slides, it falls fast. The GL1200 could slide the wheels and you have all day to figure out how to recover. The GL1800 will just slam to the ground - I think mainly because the weight is too high. They traded too much stability for quickness in the turns. Somewhere in between would have been much better.

    The Goldwings are golden. The best hands down. Getting a bike that is comfortable, reliable and has longevity. Plus, you don't have to buy extras like reverse and other extras to make it yours. Have not ridden a DCT because I can shift and enjoy shifting.

    The gold wings with the 1800 cc motors they just tried making racing machines out of them change the forks and everything. Like driving a barrel compared to how comfortable the Harleys are and they would probably eventually eat those up in stage two.

    I've always been intrigued by the FTR and its style but it IS hard to define. I think I'd like an FTR Rally but what is it? A Super Scrambler? A Sport Adventure Touring bike? It's kind of its own thing. Guess that's the appeal to me. But never ridden one. And it might be horribly uncomfortable. Would be a fun second bike for around town. But I'll also stick with the more comfortable cruisers for longer rides.

      I heard the FTR called a Flat Track bike. That's what Indian said it was at least. But I'm with you on it's just it's own thing

    I'm 73 & have never wanted to ride any motorcycle w/ feet forward position. It makes it impossible to stand up on the pegs for a spine wrecking pothole, or controlling the bike in a slide or any other sphincter gripping moments. My latest is a Triumph Sprint S/T 1050 triple, the best sounding motor IMO.

    I appreciate your videos. I agree with the bar on the tour pack on the Indians. A year ago I wanted something other than a Harley. I bought an Indian roadmaster. It was used and the guy had fringes put on, lol. Didn't like them at first but left them on now. I would share a picture but can't. I love my Indian RM. The challenger is next.

    I ride a Goldwing, but it's NOT a DCT. I really dislike the DCT because part of the joy of riding is the clutch! I personally wouldn't ever buy anything DCT. The Goldwing is simply a couch with wheels. I love it's smoothness, and it's power is incredible! It's performance, handling, comfort, reliability, and reputation make it a huge WIN for me. My last bike was a Suzuki Boulevard C90T, which I also loved. It was a bagger, of course, and so the dynamics were different, but it was a phenomenal bike as well! I only had one problem with it over 18 years; a bad stator. It's a known problem with that particular bike, so I put in a good stator and did a charging system wire mod. Never had a problem ever again. Flawless performance from both of those bigger bikes.

    I have arthritic hands. I love my NC750 with DCT, it makes riding much more enjoyable for me and in town traffic is a breeze to navigate.

    I have a F-3S Spyder. 3 wheel fun! 115 Hp and 96 ft lbs of twist!!! Plenty fast. Love it, handles like a formula 1 s
    Race car on the street! I have my original street bike in the garage. A 1983 Kawasaki LTD 750. My last bike was a Valkyrie which is based off the Goldwing, same motor!! Loved it but had to sell a few years back to pay my property taxes!!! Boo Hiss!!! Kept the Kawasaki though. I had a major stroke a few years ago and thought my bike ridding days were over!!! Boo Hiss!! My balance since the stroke is not good! Then I saw the Spyder!! No need to balance!! I’m back in the wind!!!!

      Spyders are awesome... really Spyders and Rykers are the only trikes that handle really good and are very fun to ride. A friend of mine has a F3-S and I've ridden it a bunch and I had to learn to ride it differently than my 2 wheelers, but its still a very fun machine.

    Manual clutch are a necessity for controlling slow speed maneuvers. A bike w/o is bound to be dumped in a slow turn

    Bikes are made to fulfill different purposes. Street bikes, tourers, adventure bikes, but for me it's always been cruisers, bikes that I can use as a daily ride or hop on for a cross country trip!! I started on a new 1974 Honda 750, after that a '78 Harley Lowrider, a '80 FLHS, 9 years on a rigid panhead chopper. My current ride is an '04 Harley Heritage Softail that I've owned for over 16 years and put over 150,000 miles on!! I'm 72 now and I appreciate that this older model is lighter and easier to handle. It's been "personalized" and work has been done to keep it reliable and on the road but it fulfills all my needs and will probably be my last bike!!

    Bought my first Wing at age 22. I’m pushing 70 and still ride Wings. Yes I’m very familiar with HD. My wife rides a 1200 sportster and a new Street Glide (both gorgeous bikes). But that’s not enough to get me off of my Wing.

    I couldn’t disagree more with the Indian Pursuit and the Honda GoldWing. I’ve spent countless miles on the GoldWing platform, the last one being the 2018 Tour DCT. I hated the DCT when it first came out. It took me a few years to get used to it (test rides). I then purchased one because of the color scheme I had to get the DCT for 2018. I then proceeded to learn how to ride that bike (never had a DCT before). I actually enjoyed it, especially in the mountains of Colorado. The Indian Pursuit absolutely rocks. The electronically adjustable suspension is amazing as is the handling of that bike, which in my opinion, is better than the GoldWing. Ergonomically, the Pursuit needed a handlebar and seat change but it is perfect for me now. The stock bars suck in my opinion, but the stock seat was good for me but not my wife. Russell Daylong took care of that little issue.
    My list would include any sport bike for the same reasons you mentioned.
    Harley Davidson Roadglide, Harley Davidson street glide, Harley Davidson live wire. I would entertain a Harley fat boy though.

    I like honda goldwings. clutchless shifting sounds good to me. i own a chevy tahoe so I'd want my motorcycle to a 2 wheel or 3 wheel version i like gizmos far from basic.

    I have a low rider st it was a giant upgrade from my 03 springer which I miss but I do enjoy the fairing and Cruze control on the st along with the bigger engine

    My CBR600 F4i is the most comfortable bike I've ever owned. Set your belly on the tank and no weight on your wrists.
    I wouldn't take advice from anyone who has spiked handlebars facing them.

    so I recently bought a soft tail. I almost bout fat boy. everyone is different. I was supprised of how different these two bikes handled. I also have a goldwing for comfort. and longer rides. I like them both for different reasons.

    At 52, pushjng 53, I specifically work out hard not to have physical limitations regulating my fun.
    I'm telling you. Get in the gym (at home or at the actual gym). Nothing crazy. Keep your posterior chain (back, core, glutes, hams, quads) in shape.
    Strength and power, flexibility and mobility are the answer.

    I barely recognize these new Harleys nowadays, but I guess it was bound to happen. They are just giant tech machines now reliability, I don’t know. I have a 2012 road king that I am quite happy with thunder Max tuner and full cobra exhaust only 80 hp but 115 foot pounds of torque plenty for me..

    Enjoyed the video. As a rider who's covered more than 600k touring on Ultra Classics and Goldwings. Comfort and reliability are the two most important factors. Both are very comfortable to me. One of them left me stranded several times though. Everything from a blown engine (twice) ignition switch, oil pump failure, and everything in between. The other only had a couple of fork seals, gas, tires and oil. I'll let you guess which one is which. I'm not brand loyal. Currently have 6 bikes. 2 Wings, 2 Harleys, Kawasaki Versy, Yamaha VMAX. The only bikes I would never by these days are. Crotch rockets, and anything with an air cooled V-Twin.

    Harley Davidson and Indian have a close competition and they both try out doing each other every year. They both have great bikes to chose from but road master is the worst looking one and the CVO street glide with the amber neat paint job is the best right now. And the Honda DCT great looking but I agree they need to scrap the Automatic and go with the manual.

    Will be 67 in March. I go about an hr. and a 1/2, on my 06 R1, time to get off and stretch. C'mon, it's an R1. For long cruises, my vtx 1800, or Raider 1900 , no problem. Hope I never get to ride a gold wing, I may not want to get off. 😏

    Triumph thunderbird storm (loved it)to HarleyFLHTK ultra LTD ( loved it) to KTM Super duke GT ( didn't love it) to Suzuki Vstrom 1050 XT ( loved it) to 2018 Gold Wing. Will never buy anything else if I can only own one bike.
    Touring and carving it up. Goldwing is the bomb, will blow a Harley away anytime

    I'm flip flopping between the Harley Fat Boy & the Indian Chief Dark Horse. I'm 60 yrs old, rode bikes for 22 yrs, but haven't rode a bike for 12 yrs. Is there something you can recommend ? Please people, refrain from any smart ass replies. Thanks

      Fatboy114 is beautiful and Hd has a much larger dealer network. Ie better support. Plus many more Indy shops will work on your Harley.

    It's funny I'm 60 years old I've owned a 2005 dyna wide glide I got rid of it because with the forward controls it killed my lower back to ride . Railroad tracks were the worst so sold it and I bought 2006 cbr1000rr I lean over the tank yeah but my back doesn't hurt anymore. I guess it's because I couldn't stand on the pegs on my dyna and on the cbr I just ride it like a horse jockey over tracks and bumps.

    The only Harley I ever rode, was a new 883, in 85. I was like : Really, as old as this company is, and this is it? Felt like an old, clunky, low powered mini bike. Glad I found my 2 vtx 1800 Hondas, and my Raider, 1900. Cruise all day, get on and go.Maybe one day, I will be in the Harley league. 🤔

    I'd take an Iron 1200 over any of these 7. Good thing we all have different tastes, life would be boring AF. Never been a fan of sport bikes or land barges but that's just me. If your rig puts a smile on your face then I'll consider that a win. Anyone remember the Hondamatic?

    8:48 - According to Jerry Palladino the DCT is very difficult to use in slow speed maneuvering. The ability to ridecthe friction zone with a standard clutch is much safer & better.

      I have a 2023 GWing DCT although it took some getting use to but once you learn how to feather the rear brake slow speed becomes no big deal

    How about a video of affordable used bikes you wouldn't buy? This was a good video, but almost everyone I know wouldn't be looking to spend this kind of money. Maybe even 2 vids, sport/adventure and standard/cruiser.

    I have had a number of bikes over the past 30 years., not all new when I bought them. Most US-made bikes have been shoddy at best. Harley commits suicide by dumping the Buels, FXRs, and the V-Rod which was a good bike. My favorite was the 1980 KZ 1000. That was a rock-solid scooter with a kick start & fuel injection. I could ride it any place. Weather & elevation did not matter. I sold my Yamaha Warrior 3 years ago because of all the jerks in their cages who seem to be keeping count of how many bikers they can kill!

    I have a Street Glide but love the look and ride of the Indian Challenger. Will be my next bike. Just my opinion, but I think Indian HAS pushed the bar on their bikes. WAY more then Harley. You get more features and technology with an Indian then you do a Harley, and at a lesser price. :)

    I would never buy the lowrider ST as well because I think it is aesthetically ugly. I think the fairing looks great. The asymmetrical saddlebags drive me crazy .
